V-Fuel

V-Fuel is a pleasure to do business with. From the people in the office to the technicians in the field they are all courteous, friendly and, most importantly, knowledgeable of their business. They are always on time when you need them, perform the tasks at hand, explain what they have done, and clean up afterwards. You would never know that they were even there, except for the fact that everything is not running smoothly.
If you were thinking about using V-fuel for your heating and air-conditioning systems, you will have made a good choice. I have been a satisfied customer for many years.

Very unreliable, been trying to get service done for almost 2 months now. They don't respond to emails, I've called several times, keep getting the run around. Asked for an updated invoice since last month!!...no one knows what each other is doing..if you have time to waste than this is the place for you, if not find someone else.

Make sure you cancel any contract with them in writing. Apparently doing it by phone is not good enough for them and they will try and sneak in a delivery at a very high price. In 35 years in Ct I never had this issue with any other oil company.

Great service! Always willing to come out within a reasonable timeframe when we call about a problem. Easy to work with and customer service reps and technicians always pleasant.

Heroic response in the middle of Winter Storm Brody 1/4/2018! I was literally out of oil and I called numerous places and was told each time that deliveries were one week out. I called V Fuel the day before the winter storm, and they too said Sunday 1/7 would be the earliest. This morning, during the blizzard, V Fuel showed up and filled my oil tank. V Fuel will always have my business! A heartfelt thank you to everyone at V Fuel!!

I have had great service and excellent prices from V-Fuel. They are owned by a local family too.

The best thing you would like about this place is you don't need an appointment for the oil change. You just go there and the mechanic will do the job within a few minutes.
