My second son was just born and it just so happens that my A/C suffered an outage due to the storm. Ken from JP Dunn was incredibly helpful and came out an hour after I called him on a Saturday. He performed the repair with ease and amazing expertise. This is the second job that JP Dunn has done for me and I've been very satisfied with the job they've done. Highly recommended!

Jimmy is very personal, reliable and quick minded. I had my furnace replaced in my CT home and an on-demand hot water heater while I was living outside of CT. He and his crew did a wonderful job. Most currently, upon returning back to my CT home, I am having another zone installed by Jimmy and his crew. Jimmy says what he does and does what he says! My furnace went out. I had Eversources' maintenance/repair company Pinnacle they said 1 week. Called JP Dunn and the Technician was there in 2 hrs and in 45 minutes my furnace was repaired!

I was a brand new customer and JP Dunn arrived two hours after my emergency phone call! He helped stabilize my freezing house with broken pipes and promised to return the next day with a brand new furnace. There he was, with his team, early the next morning to begin removing the old furnace. The following day the new furnace was in place and heat was restored to the house!
My old company had failed me, but JP Dunn came to the rescue! Kudos to him and his team!!!
