Do NOT Call, Trust or Use R&B Refrigeration. They will sound fine over the phone and then overcharge you to the maximum and then some. It costs hundreds of dollars to even get a truck/technician to your house and then you will be way overcharged for the labor and materials used. Steer clear of them!

First rate response and service to my home for two different service calls about a month apart, summer 2018. Will certainly call again when in need. Problems solved in both cases (leak/broken pipe and recharge refrigerant to HVAC).

This company installed our AC/Heating unit several years ago. Anytime we have needed service , we got it quickly. No complaints here.Good honest service .

So far, all is well in a cold New England winter. Personable service men who seemed to work efficiently and left the furnace area clean upon completion of the job.

I left a voicemail requesting service as a new customer, they promptly called me back and came out within the hour and resolved the issue. Can't really ask for more than that.
