Jordan came out and uncovered what the issue was in about three minutes. Because of the things around my AC unit, it was kind of a pain to access the panel but he figured it out quickly and wrapped up for a fair price. Based of this one interaction, Valley heating, air and refrigeration is the only provider I would use.

Waited for hours to meet with Bryan. He never called me....instead he knocked on my tenants door and spoke to them! He spoke to my tenants about the installations. What?!! I am the owner, I am the one paying. I am the one who knows what needs to be done. I am the one who he needed to speak to!!!!!! Disrupting my tenants in inexcusable. Then he calls me just to say he can't install a boiler and can't install a mini-split. So why did he even make the appointment in the first place??? Bryan bothered my tenants and wasted their time for nothing!!!!! So ridiculous.

Every step of the process with Valley was a professional and enjoyable experience. Jordan, our technician, was friendly and courteous, his expertise obvious. I'm so glad I called Valley to service and repair our furnace and will definitely do so again. I don't know if the company can always accommodate a technician request, but ask for Jordan. It never hurts to try, right?

Valley Heating, Air and Refrigeration did a great job for us! Over the weekend (of course), we noticed our furnace was blowing out cold air. Bryan graciously came on Sunday to check it out and discovered our control panel went bad. We also had trouble with our AC over the summer and did a band-aid fix on it. Knowing that both the furnace and AC were 20 years old, we asked Bryan for all the options. He was knowledgeable, friendly and quick to get us some quotes. The cost of replacing the control panel on the furnace was much higher than I anticipated. We ultimately decided to bite the bullet and get both the furnace and AC replaced. Bryan placed the order and squeezed the installation in a few days later. He and Zach showed up promptly at 9 am and were polite and answered any questions. They were very respectful of our home, they cleaned up afterwards and walked through the equipment with me. It was helpful that they offered financing as an option if needed. All in all, Valley Heating did a great job for us and we'll definitely call them first if we have any issues in the future!
