Owen was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and detailed. They had installed the HVAC system a few years ago, and very appreciative or their integrity and quality concerns.

Valley Heating Air and Refrigeration always comes through. Their craftsman are professional, punctual and do great work. This time around I had them move some duct work for me, but in the past they have done everything from refrigeration, heating, a/c maintenance and installation. I have seen so many fly by night contractors since COVID. Valley is a company you can count on.

This is my 2nd yr of maintenance contract. They have done a good job of keeping my HVAC running efficiently. My service person is friendly and will explain everything to you if you want/need that.

Valley came out late last year and installed 2 furnaces. Super professional and clean. Today they came out & serviced 2 AC units, the house feels great- highly recommend.

Our experience with Valley was fantastic! Bryan was efficient and knowledgeable about both our old system and ways we could take advantage of the new, more efficient AC/Furnace system we were having installed. There was no hard sell, just friendly discussion of ways he thought he could assist us that ended with an honest and fair estimate. Scheduling and followups were handled by Michelle.

The day of install started right on time and ended at the end of the day 15 minutes early. Throughout the day we had the pleasure of working with Bryan, August, Dustin, & Steve. A fantastic crew that handled everything professionally and took great effort in protecting my floors, carpets, and walls. They were friendly, very polite, knowledgeable

The finished project turned out great! The Trane product is so much quieter than the old unit that was removed. They cleaned up after the project and followed up with an email the following day with warranty documents and registration confirmations.

The entire process was absolutely seamless and every detail seemed to be planned out and executed. No games, no last minute charges...perfection. Nice work Valley Heating!

These guys did a great job. Brian, the owner, walked me through his diagnosis of my system, and suggested repairs/replacement along with a timely estimate for the services. I shopped around and got another quote, but ended up going with Valley due to their attention to detail, honestly, and an estimate that was not the cheapest, but was the best and the most inclusive of what needed to be done to correct my issues. The techs that showed up were on time, polite, courteous, and hard workers. They paid special attention to laying down blankets to keep carpet protected, and kept a clean workspace. Final installation was very neat looking and the system works flawlessly. I wont’t use anyone but Valley in the future. Highly recommended.

They responded twice to a “wild goose chase” request for me for a strange sound. They were very knowledgeable and respectful and trying to find a solution.
