Choice Mechanical

We had problem with our sprinkler system. Called Choice Mechanical at 8:15 AM. Spoke with Linda, the Administrator and Pat, the Technical person. Explained the problem over the phone. Bobby another Technical person came at 11:45 or so, as promised. Did a wonderful job. We had the system back on line by 1:15 PM. We are pleased with the prompt response, professional job and the good sense of humor. We highly recommend Choice Mechanical.

They came out to do some repair work on my A/C, and left it unplugged and out of freon. They came back to turn it on and gave me a bill for $300 to correct their original mistakes. I tried to dispute it, but they're accounting department told me they would pass it on and after that they stopped picking up my calls.

Choice Mechanical came out to adjust a unit thermostat in a building that they often service. $30 in the door, $99.50 more for minimal adjustment work. Ridiculous price!!

My AC wasn't working and they came in first thing in the morning on a saturday to fix it. The guy who came was polite and courteous and got right to work, I forget his name but he was kinda tall with blonde-ish hair.

I went back to bed after letting them in so didn't get to say thank you after they fixed the AC so mostly writing this review to say THANK YOU guy!

(My apartment buildings contracts them for hvac stuff so no idea how they are to work with behind the scenes or how much they cost)

I had a horrible experience with Choice Mechanical. It took them five visits to fix my system, none of which they billed me for until two months after the service was done. I ended up with $1600 in unexpected bills. Heed my warning, if you have any choice at all, use someone else!

Bobby is an excellent service technition... He is prompt... Professional about his work... Keep up he good work... Give that man a raise...

Still not working after three attempts. Very disappointing. Was still waiting for a call back. Hasn't happened disappointing. Sorry but it's the truth.

Horrible owner. Horrible customer service and knowledge of hvac or how to run a business. Run!
