We needed a whole system replacement for our house after the old system finally stopped working. The service we received was excellent all the way from quote (Thanks Joffrey) to full install. Our installers, Jimmie, Chris and Carlos did a great job. They were very polite, professional and really knew stuff. They did excellent work getting the full job done in one day, very impressive. Thank you team for getting us all set up for the cold months ahead.

Expert humidifier install by Carlos and Chris! Attention to detail, beautiful install, and answered all my questions. Jophery did a great job planning/estimating in advance. House feels great now. Highly recommended. UPDATE: Tony since cleaned our furnace and did some additional work ... another great experience.

Brian came out and was so kind and helpful when he told me that I needed a new hot water heater. They scheduled me for service the next day. Logan came out to service my air conditioning. He was prompt, courteous, confident, cheerful, and upbeat. It was a pleasure to have him here working and he did a great job to service the central air as well creating and explaining a detailed preventative maintenance check list. I would definitely recommend True Heating and Cooling to anyone.

Our AC stopped working on Wednesday and True Heating and Cooling was able to get us on the schedule by the end of the week. Brian Sawyer was our tech and he was great! He was able to fix our issue and answer all of my questions. He was patient with me our crazy dogs most importantly our house is cool again. The price was reasonable and we will definitely be using this company going forward!

We had a very good experience working with True and all the employees. From the day I called them when our furnace stopped working, Dustin was nice enough to fit me in the same day and come out and look at it. He was able to provide me with a quote to repair it and was even able to get it back up and running. He was even able to get Jophery to come out the same day and get me a quote on a new unit (it was 27 years old and chillin’ on the job). He talked me through a lot of options and was able to get me quotes very quickly. I had a few questions between 2 units and he got back to me quickly. I then had the pleasure of working with Logan who came out on a chilly Saturday after the furnace had given us the cold shoulder and stopped working completely. He was very knowledgeable and helpful as he also helped me decide which furnace would be best. On install day, Jimmey and Carlos showed up to install both the furnace and AC unit and were able to get it completed in less than a day. Such lifesavers! They were so sweet, they even brought in a package that was delivered. Overall, working with True for my furnace install was truly a heart warming experience and the AC install was a breeze. (Sorry if you’re not a fan of all these puns)
