This company is incredibly responsive and professional. We went ahead and joined their membership program. Glad we did! They have some of the best prices in the Denver Metro area. We've had Brian B service our system twice now. He explains everything before, during, and after. Thanks!

We recently purchased a home from the 80’s back in December. We found out recently that our AC unit wasn’t working (due to lack of maintenance from previous owner). Jasmine from One Our Heating and Air Conditioning came out on a Saturday, stayed for nearly 5 hours, and did a wonderful job! She explained everything she was doing, how she came up with her calculations, etc. We feel like we got great customer service. We would highly recommend! Kudos to Jasmine for going above and beyond as well.

My call was answered immediately after business hours and in the midst of “social distancing”. Jasmine was wonderful, very friendly and worked fast. She explained exactly what was wrong with my furnace and how it would be handled. It took her only 15 minutes to get the part I needed and then about 30 minutes to fix the furnace. She stayed for another 15 minutes to make sure the unit was working properly. Excellent skills and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I was lied to and used. I was told the issue was not fixable and that the parts were no longer made and that I need a new AC unit and while we are at it a new heater as well. All around 20k and could be done tomorrow. I got a second opinion and it was a simple fix that the other company was in and out in 20 minutes. This company is a rip off! Beware of their service and get a second opinion

Justin was incredible! He showed up on time and he was super sweet and fun to talk to. Despite my really old furnace( lmao we discovered our furnace was older than we thought! ) he came and fixed my heater quick and the price was very reasonable! Will definitely use their service again! Thank you so much Justin you saved our house from the cold lmao!

Jasmine was excellent and very professional! Before her arrival, she gave us a courtesy call and also send us an email with her photo. When she arrived at our home she gave us a run down of the maintenance routine and how long the entire process would take. After she got done, she went over her findings and recommendations. This young lady is no joke. She takes pride in what she does and it shows in her demeanor. I appreciate that! What an asset to One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning!

Justin came early for our annual furnace maintenance. He was very kind and professional. He did a very thorough job, and explained everything to me. He even took extra time to put in a UV light at my request.
