We have used One Hour for many years and met many of their technicians. Jasmine is hands down at the top of our list! She is thorough and knowledgeable. She takes the time to answer questions and explains possible solutions in a clear and concise manner. We highly recommend her.

1ST off before he even checked out the furnace all the way he told me it was going to be a lot of money for him to fix! 2nd he put on my bill thermose repair and charged me $157.00 to install a thermostat that was mine. Then he charged me $327.00 for a ignitor switch! He then said that he cleaned my furnace. 2days prior to him coming I took it apart and cleaned it myself It looked brand new. Plus I seen how it looked when he was trying to figure out the problem. I didn't even need an ignitor switch because it came on when he hooked up my thermastat. And you know what I did leave him a good review after he left,then I kept thinking and thinking about how he made me feel stupid and I am so sick of these men taking advantage of women!!! I can't stand it any longer! I will be calling this company 1st thing Monday morning!!! Beware ladies!!!!

Tarik did an OUTSTANDING job fixing our furnace. He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond (on his day off) to ensure that the heater was working properly. He demonstrated amazing professionalism and impressive character. I would highly recommend him to everyone along with One Hour.

Justin was great! He worked quickly and was thorough. He communicated what needed to be done immediately and what to plan for in the near future.

The service experience was great and they honored my coupon that I printed from their site. The repair guy Brian was great! Super nice, knowledgeable, and explained everything to us. I would request him personally for future services. My only gripe is the waiting around all day for my appointment. The technician showed up at 9:30 pm. Therefore I waited all day for the repair. It would be nice to have a smaller window for the appointments, because it makes you feel as if you don’t actually have one. Other than that, we’re satisfied with our repair and especially BRIAN!

I just had my heating system serviced by a beautiful young lady named Jasmine, who was extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to explain to me everything and because of her I will be using you guys for my AC unit and I really want her there🤷🏽‍♂️ she’s incredible 👍🏼👍🏼
