They had my furnace part when no one else did!!! They were fast and friendly! Plus they didn't cost a bundle!!!

I have bought many parts from them but I was told he couldn't get the part for a stove then it turned I to maybe I could order it. I have bought the same part 3 times in 3 months. Was very rude and smug. Save your time and money and buy online. This guy need to be put out of business

Twice now I've called to ask about two different parts and the man who answers is so rude. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Order online avoid the jerk.

Really disappoints me to rate it so low when my father would get parts an great customer service from here some year's ago, kept food on the table when I was a kid. Now non of those are even available at this supply store, let alone appliance parts.
