Listen, I hate writing reviews. So the fact I'm writing this should speak volumes. If you need AC install or repair in Pueblo or the surrounding area then you owe it to yourself to call Clarks Mechanical!

I live in the Trinidad area and couldn't find a local company with the knowledge, availability, or expertise to do my job. When I called Clarks Mechanical, they treated me right away to a conversation with a living, breathing, person! That's right, Rachel took care of me to find out what I needed done and arranged to have a member of their team come out to give me a bid the very next day.

The next day I got a text with the name of the technician with an estimated arrival time, just like they said I would. The technician, Jesse, called about 30 minutes head of his arrival to let me know he was coming. Perfect! When Jesse arrived, he was a true professional. He took the time answer all my questions and get all the inputs he needed to put together a good quote. Along the way, he shared valuable information about my HVAC system and the things I could do to further improve efficiencies. I was able to get a quote that day and Clarks got me on the calendar for the beginning of the next week!

On the day of the install, Fred, the business owner arrived with a helping hand. I was treated to another text to let me know he was on this way and he also called 30 minutes before his arrival. He showed up on-time and quickly reviewed the installation plan. My install was a bit more challenging because it was an older home and Fred took the time to figure out exactly how to accomplish the job at hand. At every step he was courteous and professional. He and his team made sure to keep my house spotless while they worked.

When the job was complete, Fred took my through how to operate and care for my new AC system. He also asked for me to let him know how things were going in case there were any problems. So, if you need a job done well, done right, and without stress... call Clarks Mechanical!

A week ago I contacted Fred and Rachel Clark. The owners of Clarks Mechanical. To install a new furnace in my house. And to replace or repair the duct work in my attic. In addition, they wrapped all of the attic ducts with insulation. Fred and his friend and coworker Kasey did a great job! They were both efficient and pleasant to deal with. As was Rachel with the appointments, paperwork, etc.. All of the work was completed in one day. And the old furnace was hauled away. All of my rooms are much much warmer now. And the new furnace is quiet.(located near my bedroom). I could not be more pleased with everything.

Josh and Christopher went beyond what was expected. They made sure everything was working properly and all questions answered. They both were on time, respectful, and made sure any and all work areas were left spotless. I recommended this company and crew to everyone.

This company provides outstanding service to Trinidad Colorado. The quality of the service is beyond compare. Clarks Mechanical has my business hereandafter. Thank you for your professionalism and help in addressing the issues with my mini-split system.

Fred responds to our phone calls quickly, keeps in touch with us about his schedule and timing, and he recommends what needs to be done, rather than upselling on services we don't need.
