Just moved into a new home and needed an AC unit installed and our furnace looked at. Fred Clark was very up front and honest when it came time for our quote. Him and his team were on time on installation day, professional, and worked non stop too install our new furnace and AC unit. Definitely recommend using them!

Our AC went out on Sunday. I called and left a message early Monday morning. Fred arrived by 4 PM and had us back up by 5 PM. Reasonable service cost and quick response. I appreciate the quick fix. I'll use Clark's Mechanical for annual service from now on.

Fred was on time with his appointment and did a very thorough inspection of a new furnace installation I had requested. His quote was very competitive but the fact that he had to drive an additional 1 1/2 hours each way made it slightly higher than a local company that I decided to use instead.

The first call I made was to a competitor. The woman on the line said they were not taking new boiler customers and hung up.

The second service I called sent a technician who quoted me over $1,500 for a small part that seemed to be working correctly.

It was nearly 3pm on a Friday when I called Clark’s Mechanical.
The dispatcher said they wouldn’t be able to send anyone out until the next day.
When I explained that my family (including my pregnant wife and two toddlers) was without heat and the temperature was quickly dropping, the dispatcher said “We can’t have your kids in a cold house. My husband will be there right away, he’s the owner.”

Fred arrived a short time later to inspect our heater and realized the previous technician misdiagnosed the issue and the actual problem was a much cheaper fix.

After performing the necessary repairs, we realized a pipe had burst from the freezing temperature.
Fred took the time to isolate that pipe line to ensure the rest of the house remained heated.

After the pipe was repaired, Fred returned the next morning, reconnected the piping system, purged the unit, and ensured the entire heating system was working properly with no extra charge.

Called in a Friday to inquire about installing A/C. Fred was there the following Tuesday for a fair estimate. Setup the install and a week later we are enjoying the cold air. The installation crew and electrical were done with minimal interruptions. The crew kept a clean work space. Clarks mechanical is on my go-to list for anything HVAC related work.
