    I’ve made quite a few calls for my air conditioner to be started up again for the summer. I got a scheduled appointment and they didn’t call nor did they show up. I called twice that day. Was chewed out by receptionist saying she was sick nor her fault. The technician claimed receptionist didn’t give him information. I’m not in mood to play the blame game. He finally came out then said he needed a part it would be next day to fix it. I explained when I would be home and time was agreed upon. Nope, I got a call stating he was on his way and I was at my other appointment. I asked for him to give me an hour. He was already in my driveway when I got home. He took a half an hour and said he was done. He didn’t even check to make sure it was working properly. Charged me and left. Now, it is not only a week later and the same air conditioner is not working again. I have made two calls again to this company today. June 11,2021. No one called back at all. Now I’m stuck with a non working air conditioner over the weekend. I thought there was a guarantee on their work? I’ve been a good customer for about 3 to 4 years now. Why is this happening?? Where is the quality service and professionalism??

    My landlord uses this company to ensure all heating units are working properly before the winter. Initial visit, guy was awesome and helpful and said that we needed a new thermostat. Scheduled a follow up appointment, waited all day an no one showed. Called the very next day and was told someone would contact me, no one ever did. Continued to call until finally after two weeks someone came. This guy was very rude and condescending. When I told him the previous guy told me I needed a new thermostat, he told me that guy has only been working for him for 6 months, he doesn't know what he's talking about. He was extremely dismissive of my concerns and joked about the fact that I have been dealing without heat for 2 weeks. I let my landlord know, hopefully he doesn't use them anymore.

    Friendly scheduling and very fast service. Frank came to our house within an hour of calling and scheduling. He walked through what he was doing and explained everything well. He was able to find the issue and get the replacement part within an hour. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks frank!

    They called before come over,did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves. Went above what a normal call would be!!!!
    I,m new to the area and was very disappointed in companies making appointments and not showing up.
    Total Service has restored my faith in companies keeping there agreements.
    You won,t be disappointed, 5 STARS!!!!

    My mom had them put in a new furnace a few years ago. She said they were great. But, earlier this week, the furnace went out. She called them for help. They came out, and all they did was push a reset button. They could have told her to try that when she called. And, by the way, they charged her $160.00. I would not recommend them, if they are going to conduct business like that.

    Week wait time, wants almost 100$ just to look at an issue to give a quote then nearly 100$ an hour plus costs of parts. Lady on phone was not very helpful sounded like she hated her job.

    Absolute garbage. I called to schedule an appointment and got it booked. Pat, the guy I spoke with, said he would be out to look at the unit. The day of the appointment I call to confirm the appointment to make sure I am here and ready. I get told that he will not be able to make it out and I should find someone else. Do not walk away from this poorly ran business, RUN!
