I had another company out multiple times to repair my HVAC system, I got fed up and called total out, not only did they fix it they identified the fact the other company installed the wrong parts, did not install them properly. They fixed all the issues and only charged me for the initial repair. I will always call on them.

Such of a great business! The one that handles the calls is such of a nice person and remembers who you are. They added central air in my mothers home and did a great job!

We had Eric do some electrical work in our house. He was courteous, very knowledgeable and we felt the charge was reasonable. Great job Eric!

If I could give them a zero, I would have, They installed a faulty pump in our swamp cooler & washed their hands off when asked to come & look at it when the cooler stopped working. Total indifference to customer needs. Will never employ them again & no one in their right mind will either

My landlord used this service for our central air that wasn’t working. Could’ve had better customer service but he got the job done.

Didnt have the professionalism to give me a call after I called twice. Stayed home 8 hours waiting. What a waste of time. I called.next day owner basically stated go somewhere else
