Very pleased with our new heat pump mini split system. Blue Valley Energy did a great job from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Eric was efficient in locating the problems in two of my bathrooms. He took time to explain the issues (including showing a video to demonstrate the mechanics) and suggested solutions that we could enact.

We are so impressed with Blue Valley Heating & Cooling, We had some serious issues with our not-so-cool AC that actually resulted from some negligence on our part. Eric clearly explained our need to do simple maintenance on the outdoor heat exchange unit, and then fixed the electrical issues that had arisen from our neglect. We learned a lot from him and had the relief of having the AC running better than ever by the end of his visit - he even identified and fixed the strange sounds that had been coming through some of the vents. We wish we had discovered this wonderful business sooner. Blue Valley was easy to work with, and seems to care about having well-trained technicians that really know their stuff. Eric is certainly a real pro, and his experience shows.

The communication is great. Texted upon arrival, very efficient and pleasant. Informed me what he was doing and that I would get a written report. I highly recommend this company. Tyler was very pleasant. Have signed up for maintenance to keep system in good shape.

John is really helpful and taught me a lot about the equipments at my house and gave me tips to do some basic maintenance.

After other companies expressed disinterest in repairing my boiler, I called Blue Valley Heating & Cooling. Blue Valley assessed the situation over the phone and sent out a technician familiar with my hydronic equipment. Kevin B, senior technician extraordinaire, visited my house and got right to work. Kevin's competent mechanical skills quickly demonstrated themselves. 20 minutes after arrival - boiler fixed! Super happy customer. Five stars. (Thanks, Kevin.)

REVIEW UPDATE: Unfortunately, I am faced with updating this review - Kevin is no longer with Blue Valley. A company is only as good as the people who work there. The service tech that was recently sent to the house (in lieu of Kevin) provided a lackluster and incomplete maintenance job. The whole experience went on for weeks. Ultimately, I was forced into hiring another company to finish up the work that Blue Valley did not complete. I do not understand not completing work.

Tyler came today to service my AC for its annual maintenance. He called me to let me know he was on the way, and was courteous and professional. He serviced the AC quickly and thoroughly, even hosing off the winter debris from the compressor. I would highly recommend Blue Valley Heating and Cooling! I have used them for years, and they are prompt and responsive for both regular maintenance and any problem issues.

I bought two mini-split systems from Blue Valley. Recently Jason and Isaac from Blue Valley came to my house to do routine check-up/maintenance on the systems. They were very thorough, had an attention to detail, pleasant to work with, and took care of an issue that had nothing to do with the original installation - a raccoon had chewed through insulation leading from the compressor on one of the units. They repaired the damage and worked to help make it more raccoon-proof. I would recommend Blue Valley for both installation and maintenance of systems, and would give extra stars to Jason and Isaac.

ABSOLUTELY recommend this company. Fantastic, respectful service. High quality and I could not beat their price or honesty.
