Cameron was terrific! Pleasant and professional and took care of getting my old furnace going again. Really appreciated the prompt response when scheduling an appointment and the follow-up for actual appointment. On time and on task with helpful follow-up advice. Would highly recommend Blue Valley and Cameron in particular. If they are all as good as he is, you can’t go wrong.

I called in the morning because our AC was not working. They were very professional and set me up with a noon-4 pm window. I received a text and email confirmation of my appointment time and and when the technician was on his way. The technician, Eric Scharrer called 30 minutes before his arrival. Erik was professional, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it right away. I highly recommend Eric and Blue Valley Heating and Cooling.

Blue Valley did an excellent job. They rearranged their schedule to get to me yesterday, and John Loos did a professional, knowledgeable job of diagnosing the problem. The fix requires a part not available yesterday, but they'll get it ASAP and complete the repair; I also need to mention that they left me two complimentary space heaters to get me through!

Thanks, Blue Valley, you are the only plumbing contractor I'll use from now on!

Cam provided a comprehensive estimate outlining 3 options and was very responsive to my questions. JRM mechanical did excellent work on our furnace and air source heat pump installation. Very professional and considerate. I would highly recommend Blue Valley mechanical.

Called for service on Friday and got Monday morning appointment, good timing. Tech Isaac arrived promptly showed me the problem and possible causes. He charged refrigerant and told me things to look out for and how best to use the AC. Service cost exactly as quoted. I recommend them.

Blue Valley was absolutely amazing to work with. Our mini split system was malfunctioning (it was not installed by Blue Valley, big mistake), and their team treated us like family from the beginning. All of their techs and office staff were friendly, responsive, and professional. They bent over backwards to help us with warranty issues from the manufacturer and our general contractor. They were able to determine the issue and ultimately save us thousands of dollars, even though they ended up not making money on our project. They are honest and trustworthy, two rare traits in today’s world and I can’t recommend them strongly enough. If you are looking for ANY heating or cooling service, look no further. We recently selected Blue Valley heating and air to install a Mitsubishi mini ductless system and had a great experience with the sales and nstall processes. They are extremely responsive. Even the front office was highly helpful. Their business app is state of the art as well for payments. They provided longer warranties on parts AND labor on the Mitsubishi system than the 10 other companies I did research on. They also provided the part numbers to clarify what we were actually getting and explained the different components within the line. Very knowledgeable and attentive staff. When they didn’t know the answer to our questions they came back with answers within 30 minutes. We highly recommend working with Cam Ferguson and Jose. Again highly recommended.

Everyone at Blue Valley has been super helpful! When my furnace went out before the first snow storm of the year, they had people out to replace it the following day. That probably saved me hundreds or even thousands of dollars in water damage. Super grateful to them for that.

They're always friendly and easy to work with, and the installations they did have worked great for me.

Blue Valley is SO great. Friendly, professional, responsive, competent, honest. All the guys who come to the house are nice, and know their stuff. I've worked with many HVAC firms over the last 20 years - these folks are the best to work with. I'll be with them as long as I have this house! Cannot recommend too highly.

They also replaced by water heater with an awesome Bosch tankless unit.

The HVAC they installed is and also-awesome Bosch hybrid heat pump system that does it all, very efficiently.
