Definitely recommend BCIT Mechanical. Called them after 2 other companies could not find anything wrong with my furnace, tho it constantly and abruptly stopped every time it ran. Glad I did, Ryan was able to diagnose a dangerous situation and recommend a new furnace (ours was approaching 25 years old). In the few days wait before we could get it installed, it actually started a small electrical fire inside the furnace! Glad I was already on BCIT’s schedule and didn’t listen to the 2 other companies telling me “nothing is wrong”. Price was great for the new furnace and the install took less than 3 hours. Highly recommend this company, from start to finish they were a pleasure to work with, just wish I’d called them first.
Ryan and his crew did an exceptional job! We did a full renovation on our house in Commerce City and ended up replacing all our HVAC ducting and replacing our furnace with a high efficiency unit. Ryan came out and gave us a very competitive quote that was professional and comprehensive. The crew that completed the project was efficient, polite and knowledgeable. We worked with over 7 different contractors during the project and BCIT mechanical stood out above the rest with the best value, service and workmanship.
Been waiting 3 months for a 3,000+ refund, (they quoted 2 weeks to get it, I’m still waiting 3 months later). Worst experience I’ve had.
I put down a deposit for an hvac mini split system. They couldn’t stick to a schedule, rescheduled twice over 2 months. (Has another company complete the job from quote to finish in 1 week) so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund they so said no problem it’ll be about 2 weeks. here I am 3 months later no refund and no sense that I will be getting it anytime soon. Will be getting my attorney involved soon.

Had them do a swamp cooler replacement not even 6 months ago, they installed it improperly the first time and it rained water into our attic and through the vent into our living room causing minor water damage to the inside of the roof. It took two separate visits to get the leak fixed. Then not even a full 2 months later the supposedly brand new unit stopped pushing air. It also became much harder to get ahold of them, it takes several calls, texts and emails just to get a reply. They came out finally to fix the unit and it broke again the very next day. Out of about 5 months the unit has worked properly for less than 2. They say they warranty their work for 2 years but it is near impossible to get them to come out leaving me with the impression they are not interested in honoring their word. I’m writing this review because I have now been blown off for the 3rd week in a row. Each time they say they will call back they don’t, each time they say they will come out they don’t, each time they say they will follow up with you they don’t. And it’s NOT the case that the “office” is not communicating to the employees or that their “system” is broken as I have read in other reviews, I am usually speaking to and contacting the owner himself Ryan. Now I’m stuck with a swamp cooler that doesn’t work and some slight water damage to my roof and am out just under 3k for the whole mess. I will have to hire another company in the spring to fix what is likely a simple problem. My advice is to avoid this company at all costs and pay a little extra for a company that answers their phone, responds to emails, comes on the day and time promised, and installs units that work for more than a few weeks at a time before needing repaired. Cheaper is not always better. I was incredibly patient and accommodating during this process so I do not understand why they have decided to treat me this way.

They moved some water lines for my baseboard boiler heating system and could not get the system working again when they were done - and would not take any accountably for the fact that it didn't work anymore. They kept on suggesting I spend more money to fix other parts (parts that turned out not needing to be fixed). After their 3rd attempt to come back out to get our system working with no success, I hired another company who fixed the system on their first try. It turns out that is was not wired correctly and while it needed some repair, it was none of the items that BCIT wanted me to spend money on. The bottom line is they don't seem to really know what they are doing and then take no accountability when things go wrong.
Communications with BCIT were very pleasant and professional when we had to reschedule duct cleaning twice (more than 24 hours notice was given each time). However, they did not come at the final agreed upon day and time, and did not answer their phone or reply to voice mails later that day or a couple of days later. Unfortunately we are looking for another company now.
BCIT Mechanical had outstanding communication and response time for our A/C issue. Their pricing was amazing... they beat all the other quotes. The team was very thorough and timely and we're totally happy with our new unit. Would highly recommend!
These guys came out when my French drain in the backyard was flooding due to torrential rain. I was really worried about the flooding getting too high to the point that it would flood into my house. They were able to get someone out there within 2 hours and unclog my drain. I forget his name but the technician was very polite and very thorough. He even took a look at my drains inside and my air ducts. He said my air ducts looked pretty dirty and said they could clean those out as well. I will be having them come out and do some duct work very soon! Overall great experience with this company!
Mr. Black was very responsive and informative with every detail when I called about replacing my water heater. He was respectful working in my home and did a great job with the install. Would highly recommend.
Look no further, BCIT Mechanical is the best there is. Their pricing is very reasonable and their customer service is unmatched. We had a dryer vent emergency and they came out on a Sunday and fixed everything. Wyatt is a hero in our eyes. The job was fairly disgusting but he handled it like a champ. Seriously these guys are the way to go. You will not regret it. Our home feels like a home again. Thanks Wyatt and everyone at BCIT!
