I called TKO to get some new pendant lights installed. Their electrician Andre who came out was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He got the work done quickly and cleaned up really good after! Will always use TKO for my Electrical needs!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Bad service by TKO electric in diagnosing the issue with AC unit. Also, they switched the size and make of the unit from what was written in the proposal. They did not mention this to the homeowner and did not credit the correct amount for the price difference. They did poor job, and after complaining many times they came and fixed the issues. Took more than 7 days to fix the condenser and evaporator coil. Be very careful doing business with them. Actual issue was with the controller board. TKO did not diagnose that problem to start with. They replaced the AC units and the unit still did not work. Finally they decided to change the control board and the unit started working. They charged me for the board and installation. Original proposal was for Rheem 4.0 ton unit and they installed cheaper Goodman 3.5 ton unit without discussing with me. Gave me $84.00 credit when the actual market value shows $288 price difference.
- Billing issue- Changed units after I signed the proposal without telling me. Returned 1/3 the market value price difference.
-Did not diagnose the problem correctly. Charged me for extra work they had not diagnosed.
-Multiple issues with the work they perfumed. Painful experience to call them back and get things fixed. Took longer time and multiple visits. Eventually they fixed the installation issues.

TKO Electrical is a WONDERFUL company to work with. They are responsive, professional, high quality, and responsive. They always get our work done SUPER quick, most times even same day which we appreciate. (some things just cant wait) They are easy to get a hold of, great to communicate with, can do bids really quickly and get the work done. We will never use anyone else. They are a family owned (husband and wife) business which we also appreciate and support. We've shopped their bids and they offer market fair pricing and we know exactly who and what we are going to get when we hire them. I will never work with another company. TKO is the BEST!

We had a great experience with Ty from TKO Electrical. We wanted to add some additional lighting to a dark powder bath. He came out the same day I called him to give us an estimate and was able to complete the project the very next day! He did a great job, was quick and courteous, and was reasonably priced. We are very happy with the final project and will definitely use TKO for all our future electrical needs.

We were excited to use this company because it’s in our neighborhood. We made an appt & waited. Got a call due to Covid & they had to reschedule. No biggie, so we rescheduled. Get a 2nd call that the guy didn’t get back from his trip in time, so they had to reschedule for a 3rd time. We were told someone would arrive between 1-3 pm. At 5 pm, no one was here, no one called. He arrived 2 hours late with zero notification & at that point, we had put everything back & were making dinner, so we sent him on his way. We called, left a message for the company to inform them of what happened & they didn’t even have the courtesy to call us back. That’s NOT the customer service I’d expect after being drug along through 3 different scheduled appointments that they messed up. Clearly, we won’t be using them. We prefer to give our business to a company that wants it. So disappointed.

I had sparks coming out of my ceiling fan/light fixture. Called TKO the next morning and had a technician arrive that day to make repairs. Great service

As a new homeowner who didn't know were to start, I would highly recommend TKO Electrical to anyone looking for a honest assessment and fair price. We previously had TKO quote a new system as we knew our AC/HVAC was near the end of its useful life. Our AC finally decided to die out the first week of July. Ty (the owner) and his team were quick to address all of our needs and concerns, answering all of our questions as to the proper unit size for our house and different energy efficient options. After helping us make a decision on the unit, TKO was able to come out the following day for installation. Our technician, Pierre, worked extremely hard to get our job done in an efficient manner and get our AC back on in the scorching heat. It truly was our pleasure to have Pierre on the job. We found TKO on Nextdoor due to all of their positive reviews and are so happy we made the choice to go with Ty and his crew.

On time and responsive. TKO has completed several electrical projects for us over the years and we have always been pleased.

We've had Ty and Eli have been out four times to help us hook up equipment in our warehouse. Always professional and on time. We recommend TKO for their quality work at a fair price. 5 Stars!
