Lucky Duct

Lucky Duct has been our go to for HVAC problems for many years. If you have a problem and call, he will respond quickly. Our furnace motor went out on one of the coldest days last year. He headed over on a weekend and got it up and running until the parts for our specific furnace could be ordered. My wife, and kids greatly appreciate the effort!

Before you say it, I did not know Andrew and his company Lucky Duct prior to hiring him. I simply did a google search and gave him a call. Not only does he do an extremely thorough job he goes the extra mile. While duct cleaning one of my properties he noticed that the flue pipe coming from the hot water tank was not to code. His concern for the health and safety of the occupants was paramount and he subsequently fixed the issue FREE OF CHARGE. Words like honesty and integrity are thrown around by companies as if those values can be found anywhere. If you live in the real world you know that they are most certainly not present everywhere . Rest assured though if you are wise enough to do business with this company you will not be disappointed. Andrew's company is built on his reputation and his word which he remains true to. Look no further for reasonable pricing, quality workmanship, knowledge, trust and integrity. Enough said.

Duct cleaning companies address the hidden. They can rip you off, and in most cases you are none the wiser. The stuff that Lucky Duct removed from my ducts showed me that I had been ripped off by past duct cleaners. The technician removed stuff from my vents that had been there for decades, long before I purchased the home, and only a few years after I got the ducts cleaned upon move-in.
It’s a shame that the previous cleaning was so subpar (dishonest), but its good that I found this honest company. Much like a good mechanic, I’ll never go anywhere else.

My husband and I are so thankful to have found Lukcy Duct. We were looking for someone who had experience in placing a vertical dryer vent since we wanted to move our dryer to an adjacent room. Our house is older so it has thinner walls. Andrew and his crew came and installed the dryer vent we needed all up to code and we are so very thankful. Had my nasty air ducts cleaned by these guys. It's started off a little rocky after a missed appointment but then I received a courtesy call to explain, a reminder call the night before, and Paul offered good-faith a discount due to the missed appt. without my asking. They were really respectful of the house, explained everything, and answered all of my questions without rushing to get the job started or finished. Great crew, great customer service, would definitely hire again.

Andrew came out to clean the ducts in a house we recently purchased. He realized once he got here that he needed different equipment than he had brought, since we had these giant puffy flexible ducts instead of the rigid metal ducting. He rescheduled with us and brought a helper, Josh.
First, I want to thank Andrew for talking me through an estimate I had just gotten from Applewood (warning - DO NOT CALL them) and reassuring me that I did not, in fact, need a new water heater, and that my furnace was installed properly, and there would be no venting of CO gas that would kill me in my sleep (actual claims by Applewood).
Second, he and Josh did a bang up job with our vents and furnace. The house was a recent complete remodel, and the contractors ended up sweeping all of the construction debris into the vents. It was a total nightmare! He and Josh couldn't believe how bad the ducts were, and took the time to clean them all thoroughly.
Third, before they left, Andrew checked our newly installed AC and determined it wasn't working correctly due to a leak. He recharged the unit with freon to hold us over the hot weekend until the AC installer could come back out to fix the leak.
I was very impressed with their commitment to doing the job right, and all the extra bits of information and help that he gave us. I would highly recommend him to anyone for anything HVAC related.

I have used Lucky Duct whenever I have required HVAC or air conditioning help. Lucky Duct has been great to work with and I would highly recommend them. Twice I've had emergency situations and Lucky Duct came through in a pinch; without over-charging me. I attempted some work on my air conditioner myself and Andrew gave me some pointers along the way. I was unsure of my work and had Andrew out to adjust and clean. He was an enormous help and very patient. I would recommend Lucky Duct to anyone.

Andrew could not have been better. He pulled 30+ lbs of junk out of our vents! He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to clean our HVAC, aircon and all ductwork. I couldn't recommend his services more highly.
