I've had Grant come out a couple of times now for regular maintenance and every experience has been a pleasure! He adjusted out furnace to our elevation while factory was set to sea level. He is very honest and personable, takes his time when explaining everything to you and is very knowledgeable. I won't go to anyone else for my HVAC needs!

We recently moved to Livermore and had our furnace quit working during a cold spell. I called around and got ahold of Grant’s Heating and Air. It was a Sunday and he called me right back and said he was on his way. He came out and by chance had already been out to my house so he was familiar with my unit and could diagnose almost immediately. He took the time to explain my whole system and said that he would quote to fix and replace. I received my quotes same day and he said that he could fit me in almost immediately because I had no heat for me and my family. Every interaction with this business has been impressive. I definitely will continue business with them this kind of service seems to be hard to find these days. Thank you Grant and the team.
