Grant and crew did a fantastic job diagnosing my old furnace. It was in terrible shape. He gave me the option of repairing it or installing a new system. I chose to have a new system installed. He was efficient, professional, knowledgeable and had the tools to properly calibrate the new furnace to the elevation. I highly recommend Grant and will have him back put to install a new AC unit.

Grant's Heating and Air installed both a furnace and an air conditioner for us. Everything ran fabulously until about 5 years later and the furnace began having issues. Grant's never left us out in the cold. Parts and labor were covered under warranty. They are a company of integrity that will give you an honest assessment and a fair price. Of the companies that gave me bids to replace my heating and air system for my business, Grant was the most responsive and had the most detailed bid. He gave me several choices and kept me informed at every step of the way. He and his people were extremely polite and even asked if it was ok if they used my bathroom during the days that they removed the old system and installed the new equipment! They cleaned up after themselves, as well. I highly recommend them!!

We just had our annual furnace check up for the winter. Chris was sent as our technician. He was very thorough and professional - he explained all that he did and went over all of his findings and answered any questions that we had to our satifaction. He was very professional, courteous and pleasant.

Grant's Heating and Air LLC is Fort Collins premier company. They recommended and installed my new furnace and water heater exactly when they said they would and for the price quoted. There were no hidden fees. Grant and his team are extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Their work was some of the best I've ever seen. Use them. You won't be disappointed.

I can't recommend Grant's Heating & Air more. Our furnace wouldn't start & the nights were growing cold. Grant and Stephie made time between other appointments & found the problem immediately; a mouse had gotten in the intake & jammed the fan. Grant removed it, cleaned the fan & re-did all the seals, then found how the mouse got in & corrected the problem. They are communicative, prompt, thorough, friendly & fair & I would never call anyone before them. I'd give them 10 stars if it were possible.

Grant and his company have gone above and beyond anytime we needed help. Always professional, affordable and very responsive especially as busy as they are. Stop looking and call asap. You won’t be disappointed!!

These guys are our heroes.

Our AC was coughing up a lung, and we got other people in from Big Company (NOT GRANT'S) to evaluate it. They looked at everthing, spent a lot of time, told us that our HVAC was inadequate overall, and gave us choices for $24K, $30K and $36K for a new system, depending on how premium we wanted it.

That seemed steep.

We got a referral to Grant's - did I mention that they are our heroes? - and they came in next day, repaired the system, told us to the detail what we needed going forward, and charged us $220 for several hours here to get the AC running again, with the parts that they installed.

In other words, they got it fixed and SAVED us literally $24K from what the Big Company told us we needed, at a minium.

We have people coming over tonight. The house is cooling down and will be ready for them. Thanks to Grant's.

Working with Grant was an absolute pleasure. Came on time to provide an estimate. Estimate was accurate and competitive and he thoroughly explained all the options. Absolutely no pressure. Once we agreed to the installation he came on the agreed upon day and installation went very smoothly. I waited approximately a month to write the review to ensure all was working as expected.
