Falling Star is wonderful! Such a great crew who truly cares about their customers! they’ve done several jobs at my house now, and I can 100% say that I highly recommend them.

We had an issue with our heater and have had issues in the past getting people to work on our home since it’s manufactured. The team at Falling Star, Josh and Tru, we’re extremely professional, friendly and fast. I will definitely call them again with any further issues.

AC stopped working so we found Falling star through Facebook 411. We are super impressed by the service, professionalism, price and overall the whole experience. They actually arrived within a couple hours of the initial call.
Brad, Trumane & Scott all were here at one point and within no time found the problem. They were able to fix the problem and we asked them to do a complete service on the AC unit while they were here. The job was completed in a very timely manner and all the guys were super amazing and knowledgeable. The cost was so reasonable we were very grateful. We highly recommend falling star to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Brad came out almost immediately upon calling to take a look at an AC problem we had. We had already been told the whole AC condenser would need to be replaced and it would cost us thousands!!
Brad quickly found the problem, swapped the parts and got the AC back up and running! Didn’t need to break the bank and got our AC going!

My AC had froze up really bad, so much so that it was an entire block of ice. Brad and Josh came out and walked me through options to to get my AC back uo and running. I am glad it is cool the next couple of days. I know sooner or later I need a new AC unit but I am being stubborn mainly do to the price. They were on time and very professional, they explained their thermostat to me and got it installed and ensured it was working before leaving! I finally have a comfortable home with a thermostat that self adjusts to monitor my home temperature.

Our 17 year old furnace broke Friday afternoon and we called Brad and Josh. They came within the hour and were able to diagnose the problem. They gave us several options to work with our budget and came out Monday morning to make sure we had heat ASAP. Their work was clean and professional.
