Kyle and his team at Horsetooth go above and beyond to guarantee great service. There were some unexpected obstacles to overcome with my AC replacement and it was so impressive to work with a company that demonstrates such a high level of problem- solving, follow up and integrity. Kyle is highly accessible and responsive, and Taylor and Kevin were both knowledgeable and informative. So glad to have found a company that is such a pleasure doing business with- I will used them for all my HVAC services in the future!

This company is great to work with. They care about the customer and are quick to respond. They do a great job and if something needs to be fixed they come back and repair it.

The employee had us switch out the filter and recommended cleaning the motor. I didn't notice any difference after changing the filter and the quote for the motor was rather high. The employee was courteous and knowledge though.

Called on Monday and they had someone out next day. Quickly identified root cause of problem and potential fixes vs. trying to upswell new equipment. Highly recommended!

KYLE AND HIS TEAM ARE AMAZING!!! Seriously, the very, absolute BEST!!! Their install months ago was efficient, Kyle responds to emails at some ridiculous hours, he sent people to my house in approx 12 hours from a late night weekend email when I discovered my AC wasn’t kicking on for the first time after install. They are trustworthy & dependable! I was even away from my home, let them in remotely and had zero concerns! I cannot say enough great things!

Horsetooth Heating and Air helped us get a new replacement mini-spilt unit by calling the manufacturer for us and organizing the warranty claim. They really went above and beyond for us and they were super friendly.
