Excellent communication and great work. Our furnace died suddenly and Kyle and his team worked with us to quickly get a new unit installed. He shifted his schedule and even left us with space heaters in the meantime. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

All staff members were very informative and respectful. In particular, Kevin invited me to sit with him as he showed me what he had done, so I knew what to look for if something ever went wrong. He was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I would recommend them highly!

Poor Kevin. He remained cheerful thru 2 visits and one emergency visit. Due in part to lack of case information being available.
He left smiling and a great job completed.

Absolutely the most in depth furnace and a/c maintenance I've ever had. They inspected EVERYTHING and found some issues multiple other companies have missed. They cleaned some wires up, fixed a crazy minor gas leak, and tested my ducts for Carbon Monoxide. Professional techs, beyond fair pricing, and exactly what you want. I've never had a schedule for my HVAC maintenance before but will with this group because they actually do it right.

My heat went out the night of a storm where we got 8” of snow. I contacted horsetooth in the morning and they were able to come the same day and replace my broken ignitor. Taylor was very knowledgeable, professional, and quick to fix the problem!
