They've wasted my time time and time again and call ahead for parts that they tell you they have and then they won't have them or they are already sold to somebody else. If you want to get anything done or get parts that you need without repeatedly having your time wasted, avoid this shop

Mike and Nita have more knowledge than anyone else in the wholesale plumbing industry. We also appreciate the Berthoud branch. As far as experience, no one is more knowledgeable than Mike. Nita ,his wife, is always helpful too and a "follow through " person.
