Matt and his friend did an excellent job in installing the a/c and furnace and completed the job in timely manner.They went over the installation at the beginning and during the review at the end. He went over the important aspects of the new touchscreen thermostat and he made sure that I was comfortable with the technology. Technicians George and Mark were fabulous; explained everything, very thorough and extremely neat. They had their work cut out for them for I happened to have two water heaters that needed to be removed, one of which was a bear but they succeeded.
