He encouraged me to share my concerns about the pricing with people at the office and gave me who to speak with. Indeed, the person I spoke with took the time to listen, consult, and come up with a slight break based on our conversation.

They give a 3 hour window for when they will arrive. Called and got an appointment from 4-7 Monday...nobody showed up. I called them at 7 and turns out the technician wasn't planning on coming any more. They assured me they could get me in "first thing" on Thursday morning. Stayed home from work to meet them. At 11 I called them asking where they are, and they told me the technician would call me in a couple minutes. It's now been 45 minutes without any contact. No idea if they are coming today, guess I'm staying home from work to wait for them. If you have any desire to plan your day around a technician visit, I would avoid this company.
They responded quickly to my online request, I was able to book an appointment quickly and the technician was there before the scheduled time. The technician was professional and friendly.
Awful communication, running late for a scheduled appointment and did not let me know, had to reschedule for another day, ran late again and no communication. Took two days off work for them to send a tech with no ladder, even though I told them it was a ceiling unit. Huge waste of time.
I had to call two different numbers each time because the main phone number is a call center with no information - they say things like “they will be there soon” or “they are calling you right now, answer their call” but it’s all lies.
If your late, just let someone know you’re late. If you can’t do the work, just let them know you can’t do the work. If your call center can’t write down what a customer says, stop booking work and making promises you can’t keep.
Stay away from this company!!! We had them out to do a inspection of the heating and ac unit at our house. Both were fully functional and working! This was just something we had to do because we are selling our house and buyers requested a professional inspection.
The technician recommended we clean the ac unit outside. We paid extra for that and immediately after the ac unit no longer works. It was working perfectly before he cleaned it. We contacted them and were told that there was no way he broke it and would have to pay another service call fee. Even though it’s so obvious something happened while he cleaned it we agreed to have him come out because it’s 100 degrees today. Was told 10 am. Never showed up then many hours later was told would be there in 15 minutes again never showed up. Both the technician and costumer service refuse to answer any of my calls or texts. Save yourself a massive headache and please use someone else. We paid $425 to have our working ac broken.
Excellent work done by 21st Heating & Cooling company. They sent their crew to my place as we had planned when I called. The install crew was very professional and friendly. They got to my place very early and were able to complete the work in few hours. They purchased the proper size circuit breaker for my AC unit and installed it well. I am very satisfied of their work and would highly recommend them to my friends.
I was very pleased with the service received from 21st Heating & Cooling. They were able to schedule my pick up within a couple of days and were very professional while in my home. I would certainly recommend them.
They came out on Tuesday to pull out our hvac and water heater. The installer told us the water heater was old but not too bad. Then they told us we needed a new one. We purchased a new one through a family friend, and now we can’t get them to come back out at install our hvac.
