Had my HVAC system serviced. Justin and Jay were very professional and had my system inspected and cleaned in no time. Also, had an electrical issue inspected by Nick. He did some troubleshooting and provided me with expert advice on how to resolve it. Nick was super knowledgeable and very professional. Smith is a top notch company!

Tony and his team were very professional today. From accommodating our schedule as best they could to installing a couple items we didn’t know they were going to, but are very appreciative they did, we are very satisfied with our service today. They were as quiet as they could be and we didn’t find them disruptive at all. We will definitely be recommending Smith in the future to anyone who asks.

All the electricity at my house blew out with hundred of lbs of dog food in our freezer so I was stressed out! The breaker box blew and sparked in a couple different locations, I really was fearing the worst. Especially because it was already getting late in the day. I agreed to the priority fee and Estevan was out there within around 30 minutes! After a quick inspection he identified the problem in a matter of minutes. A screw had gone through multiple wires in our breaker box. It fixed the electricity in my basement as well which I had thought was a separate issue. Was so happy with how quickly he handled everything. Super professional and respectful. Would absolutely use them again.

IAQ Lead Joseph Thomas was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Actually helped us understand our system better now that we know more about it. Kind in answering all of our questions as well. Hopefully we will have him again for our next maintenance appointment! True asset to the company.

Ridge is a solid professional. Documenting the work and providing clear financial estimates for either keeping a poor system or getting a new one entirely was extremely helpful in the decision making process. Highly recommend.

Rescheduled on me twice, the first time at the very last minute and the second time they said they left a voicemail, which I never got, saying they needed to reschedule again. I called the day of my appointment after they didn’t show up between the 10-12 time slot I had scheduled and was told I would have to schedule another appointment. Third time is the charm, I guess, but I won’t know because I will never call them again.

Gilbert represented his company well when he completed our plumbing repair. He called ahead when he had opportunity to arrive early. He listened to our report of the problem. He assessed the situation, gave us three options for repair/improvements, and avoided any hard sell tactics. He worked quickly. And he was mindful of our home, wearing booties on his shoes and took care to return the bath mats when the job was done. We are very satisfied with our repair.

James was great and super knowledgeable. He got our ac back up and running super quick! Will definitely use again for future needs. Also, the dispatcher was so sweet and got the tech out right away. Thank you!
