If you give these people negative reviews they will sue you... Find someone else to do business with.

In my opinion it seems like Smith is buying an insane amount of reviews. Literally getting a 5 star review every couple hours. Gotta wonder if they spent less money buying reviews if they would have cared as much about 1 negative review. That or maybe all the actual reviews were the negative ones and they have to keep their score up somehow.

My tech Brad was extremely helpful in recommending a new thermostat, and very attentive to the few items that needed attention with the heater itself. He completed the work in a timely and professional manner and was very helpful instructing me in using the new equipment!

Angel was prompt, professional, and took the time to give me estimates of my different options for repair. The repair was done in a timely manner and Angel did great work, communicating with me every step of the way.

Brad was very knowledgeable and honest. He was able to get my family what we needed for the best price without sacrificing quality. Would highly recommend!

Had some work done with various issues over the years with them ultimately always fixing the issue. The 24/7 service is a plus. One area of improvement could be better comms between the front office and techs. Overall good experience.

We had a pipe burst in our basement during a recent cold snap (December 23) and I called twenty different plumbers that day to no avail. I saw a Smith pink truck on my way home from work that evening and called them to see if there was any chance they could help us. Not only did they respond immediately but they had a plumber at our house 30 minutes later and patched the issue so we could turn our water back on for Christmas weekend. Carmine was pleasant and professional and came back a few days later to complete the definitive repair. We are members of Smith's annual service plan now and highly recommend them!

Very polite over the phone and offered a decent quote, but require a membership purchase with them for +$300 to do any work on any property. Not the people to call if you need a 1 time job done.

Nick came by to check on electrical work. Reassured that everything seemed fine and gave advice on how to resolve the issues.
He didn't try to hassle me into paying for unnecessary work.

Again Smith Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical - Colorado Springs proves to be informed and informative. Their annual service contract has is helpful both for maintaining the mechanical system at my home and keeping me informed about it's condition and ultimately future replacement options.

Great technicians, very respectful to me and the house, very clean, fast, effective and knowledgeable. Responsive and kind, pleasant to talk to and great at their work! Recommended if you aren't 100% sure about doing it yourself - there's a lot of knowledge and expertise here, plus, very fast!
