I definitely recommend Interstate 25 Mechanical! Ramsey was very professional and knowledgeable, he answered every question that I had and explained why things were suggested to have our AC system work to its full capacity. We had a little hiccup and Ramsey was at my house within 30 minutes and had the situation fixed immediately. It definitely wasnt any fault of theirs it was a house issue. 😊 His professionalism and sincerity is definitely something you dont find much anymore. The crew that installed my unit were just as great, polite and very knowledgeable. They also didn't leave and trash behind. We called I-25 Mechanical because our A/C went out on a hot summer day. Ramsey came out promptly to help. Unfortunately, the blower motor was out on our furnace. He ordered the part we needed and fought with the manufacturer on our behalf to get the parts we needed, and even managed to get a $600 part for free for us. He kept us updated through the process and got the repair done promptly and professionally. He was very knowledgeable and honest, and I appreciate those qualities! Hopefully we won't need any more repairs anytime soon 🙃 but if we do, I-25 Mechanical will be our go-to HVAC company from now on!

I highly recommend This company. My realtor recommended the company when I started having trouble with my brand new house. She had actually just had a whole new AC replaced and I was lucky that she had someone’s number handy.

First, they made an appointment super quick. I think next day it was. I got text message reminders and they kept me up to date on when they were on their way… which was a problem… our guy actually drove an hour in the wrong direction because our street is so new it didn’t show up in his gps. Taking him into after hours time frame but he turned right around and came anyway! Instead of rescheduling. Any other company would have, probably.

Then once he got here he was really nice to my young child who kept wanting to see his fancy toys and my animals that were literally walking all around him.

He was explained everything to me in a way I understood and answered all my questions and then told me who to contact because my problems are something under builders warranty. He even dug thru the blue prints on the county’s website to get me all the info I needed so I could just read it off to the person I needed to contact. This saved me literally thousands of dollars.

All in all, I highly recommend Ramsay and his team.

Called I-25 Mechanical to get a 2nd opinion on our air conditioner. Ramsey was very thorough and provided options. We ended up buying a new air conditioner from them instead of the previous company that serviced our AC and heating units because of their professionalism and responsiveness. Late last night I received a red tag on my furnace due to high levels of natural gas and carbon monoxide coming from my vent. I immediately called Interstate 25 Mechanical (at midnight) and Ramsey was at my house in under 30 minutes diagnosing the problem. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate the issue with my furnace which ended up being rust. He then discussed the options I had and had me set up with a brand new furnace in under 20 hours. His team is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I cannot recommend I25 Mechanical enough.

We had the best experience using I-25 Mechanical. We booked online, they called with a time and actually showed up at the time! He came in and gave us a quote to repair or AC and it was the same cost when he left. Nothing extra. I will use this company for all of our rentals, as well as our home. Honest dependable and reliable! So happy we found them.

So very impressed with the Quilty an explanation on what issues MY AC unit had.Last yr they came out to fix a job another company said was impossible. Ramsey fixed an we had our AC running w no problem . This yr again called them out to do my yearly cleaning manitance an Johny came out very warming an polite man . Hands down wonderful service.

Ramsey was incredible. He was quick. I called him and he was able to fit us in so that our furnance could get fixed. Once he was here he was able to identify the issue and get if fixed promptly! His prices were incredible reasonable compared to everywhere else I called as well.
