Gene's Heating and Air

We have been working with Gene's heating since 2010. I have used their maintenance program ever since. They are a fabulous, small company, with wonderful customer service. I recommend them highly!

Gene’s installed a new AC unit at house last year and also serviced it this year. They do great work and their pricing is very fair. I would highly recommend them based on our experiences with them.

I needed somebody licensed to replace a furnace vent cap for one of my roofing customers, and in the process of calling 3 local HVAC contractors and obtaining three quotes, Gene's Heating & Air had the most reasonable price by far, had good reviews, and Mary seemed to have a very personal customer service air about her. So I hired them. It was a small job, but they treated it as important, scheduled it within a few days, arrived on time, and completed it impeccably. I'm very happy to have found such a great HVAC contractor local to me that can handle this kind of thing for me.

we had furnace issues thinking we where going to have to replace unit. So my husband and I sopped around and decided to call Gene's Heating to look at furnace, after they inspected the unit they notified us that it only needed simple servicing. I could not be more pleased with Gene's HVAC. Due to the previous owners of the home we purchased turning off all utilities, the tech was initially unable to service our furnace. Mary called right away to let us know of the situation so I could work on getting services turned back on. She was then able to get the tech back to our house later that same day to take care of our furnace. The tech called several times to inform me of issues he found and ways to ensure our furnace is functioning well for us. He even called prior to ordering a special filter from Denver. Mary was amazing, as was the tech that came to our house twice in the same day! I can not thank them enough for their kindness and excellent work. Thank you, thank you! We're customers for life!

Prompt, knowledgeable and very fair pricing! Another company said we’d need over $1300 in repairs. Gene’s cleaned and serviced our furnace and confirmed no issues! They are our HVAC company going forward!

This company does not return calls. I call them and if the person I need to speak with is not there they do not offer to take a message. I suggested they take a message and call is still not returned. When I call later they indicate I want the furnace that I did not say I wanted. I am choosing to pay more and go with a more responsive company. Too bad, I really wanted to give my business to the little guy. I guess they have all the business they need. :(

I needed some flexible ductwork replaced in the 110 year old house we just purchased that had a really tight crawlspace. They sent out a great crew that did a great job with an all but impossible job, as the crawlspace was backfilled and there was no direct access to the other end of the duct run. A bit of creative thinking and they were able to get the job done, and I now have heat in the one room. Will not hesitate to call these guys again for support.
