This review is a little late due to some issues relocating from Colorado to Florida. I had a new AC & Furnace installed in a rental in April of 2018. Bill (owner) scheduled the work quickly and all was well with the tenants. Then as luck would have it upon selling my home the furnace needed to be replaced quickly and Candy who works in the office scheduled the new install within a day so the install could be completed by closing in Oct. Candy was awesome on both jobs and Bill answered all of the questions I had to make both jobs smooth sailing. I can't say enough about Efficiency 1st Heating & AC. They are top of the line and worked with me every step of the way.

What a great experience. Bill came out and gave me a very honest bid, and I might add, a very good price. We replaced the 80%, 21 yo furnace with a new 95%, and added a/c. The install, by Nick, was great. The electrician sub, Hegwood Electric, was also superb. Great prices. Very friendly and professional. Thanks!

Thank you so much! My heater went out and the same day they had someone out to replace our furnace motor. He was in and out within a few hours! They were fast acting and reasonably priced too. I'd definitely recommend them in the future and call them for any future needs.

This is a great locally owned company. They provided the most cost effective solution for my furnace replacement. Pricing was up front and as advertised. The only of five contractors to show me contractor license and insurance. Install tech worked quickly and quietly. The post video on how to clean flame sensors on their web page; this information can save you a $100 service fee other companies would love to charge you. Overall great experience. Will continue to use efficiency1st from all future HVAC needs.

They installed our upstairs A/C unit on time and completed the job in one day. We couldn't be happier with the results or the service. It has been nine months later since install that I am writing this review and we have had no issues whatsoever. The options they suggested we take with our unit were spot on. We will use Efficiency 1st for all our heating and cooling needs from now on!

Bill gave a detailed estimate after determining the A/C needs for our 1995 home. Nick was the HVAC Technician, knowledgeable in the equipment and installed the unit with a tutorial of A/C education for usage. The permits were pulled and inspectors passed both the mechanical work and the electrical work. Pleased on all results. We will tell other people about this company and recommend them solidly!

900 in and a bunch of visits. They told us that there would be no charge if it was the same issue and we still paid 150.00 an hour for the same issue. Still don’t have ac working after over a month. Can’t recommend!
