    Had a great experience with Timberline Mechanical today. The heat went out at one of the rental properties I manage and Clayton was able to get out quickly to diagnose the issue and make sure the tenants were taken care of with the freezing temperatures outside today. Great service, I will be using them again and would highly recommend Clayton specifically!

    Brilliant service. My AC stopped working and two other companies mis-diagnosed it. They said it had a broken TXV valve and they couldn't find the part to replace it. After two weeks of misery at height of summer, I had Clayton from Timberline come, who said there was nothing wrong with the TXV. The conditioning unit had almost no refrigerant in it. he filled it, and the unit started working! The TXV valve performed perfectly. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgable--he knew what he was doing. Don't think twice - hire Clayton and this company for AC problems.

    Timberline doesn't care about treating their clients well. Everyone has an attitude of "it's not my problem". We paid hundreds of dollars for a complete HVAC service and inspection earlier this summer. They decided to only service the AC, and when our humidifier needed servicing 3 months later they charged us all over again! I don't mind paying for parts, but paying multiple service call fees because they couldn't be bothered is a terrible way to run a business. Oh, and I almost forgot. They charged us $329 for a $100 part. Not happy. Spreading the word.

    On a positive note, the tech named Chris is quite good. I just wish he worked for a better and more honest company.

    Hands down the best HVAC company around. Being in Property Management I have worked with almost everyone else, and stopped using other companies. Timberline always takes great care of anything furnace, AC, and boiler related. They service and replace. Their techs and staff a great to work with and very thorough. Everyone there is a pro - John, Teresa, Chris, the other Chris and more. I highly recommend Timberline.

    Had Timberline Mechanical install a Mini Slip System in my Business Office. Timberline Mechanical handled everything from the Special Work Permit, the electrical, custom installation and everything.

    Before I decided to go with Timberline I was considering various options including using different contractors to accomplish the install. Boy am I glad I just went with Timberline. Smooth install from start to finish and problems with the inspection to satisfy the permit.

    It has now been almost 3 years and my Mini - Slip System is working just like the day they installed it- perfect, quiet efficient, and icy-cold for hot days and toasty warm when I need a little heat in the office when it is cold outside. Hands down Timberline did an amazing job, and in the end absolutely was the very best choice. Just tickled pink and I am sure you will too if you call.

    We have called Timberline to our residence for an AC install and once again years later for a leaking AC unit. Both times we had issues with the techs not wanting to do the job and just half a**ing their way through it. The last job we had a tech out to repair a leaking coil box, he looked at the unit for 3 min put a level on it and told me it was leaking because it was out of level. Then I was told he would need a second tech to come to meet him so they could lift and strap the unit up. I told him if that's all the problem was that I had no issue fixing it myself instead of waiting for another tech or a new appointment another day. We were charged $112 for these 10mins.
    We leveled up the unit only to find that it now leaks out of BOTH sides. There FIX was not a fix at all and they will not come out to do a true repair estimate because they said I declined the first one. DON'T call these guys!

    These guys are absolutely wonderful to work with! Our heater wasn't working the other morning, and they fixed it in a timely manner. It works perfectly now. The technicians are knowledgeable, thorough, and explain what they are doing to get the job done. You will be hard pressed to find a better HVAC company to work with. They are honest, fairly priced and on time.

    My overall experience with Timberline Mechanical is Excellent!

    I recently called our tech Mike Sanchez about an issue. He was available to schedule a repair the next day and was completed with the project within two days. That's great timing considering he removed and replaced 30' of pipe and fit it into the existing piping on our property.

    After he was finished the area that he worked on looks professional and best of all, not leaking.

    Mike gives me detailed information about what he does and why so I can pass it on to my HOA board of directors.

    He is always friendly and approachable. We have a great working relationship. He calls me when he is finished with repairs so that I am comfortable and satisfied with the job.

    Similar to other posts: Poor customer service, extremely high prices. Was charged over 800 dollars to get my AC to run on a schedule that fits with my business hours of operation. After the schedule was set, it wasn't running correctly and heating in some rooms while cooling in others. I was then charged again for them to come correct the problem, then offered a "deal" for them to come look at it for free. Extremely upset, frustrated, and disappointed that such a business exists.
