Zoop HVAC Repair

The technician, Scott, was courteous, prompt, informative and knowledgeable about the job. We had to repair our central AC before summer. It was extensive and there was no cost as promised and no high-pressure sales either. We have found a new company for our heating and AC needs. One thing in particular impressed me about Scott, and his work was his attention to detail and cleanliness. He wore shoe covers inside the house so as not to track dust and dirt from the attic or outside. Very satisfied and pleased to work with him! He is excellent at his work. Thanks for helping me!!

From start to finish, their service was a phenomenal experience. They accurately diagnosed what was wrong with my HVAC unit. (No other local company knew how to solve it).
