Zach was able to come out to our house quickly to check out why our air conditioning wasn't working. He was extremely friendly and able to promptly resolve the issue so we could have air conditioning again. Extremely happy with the service and will use Valiant Air for any future needs.

I called this mid-summer morning (a Tuesday), spoke to Zach, who put me on the schedule for this afternoon (withn about 4 - 6 hours of my call.) The other HVAC company I called couldn't come out before Friday without charging me an overtime fee. I was given a two-hour window and Bryan showed up within the first half-hour of the window. Bryan was amazing. He diagnosed my problems quickly, communicated clearly, showed me what was going on, addressed all issues immediately, and made sure my unit was functioning properly before he left - and it was being temperamental so he really made me comfortable by seeing my issues through. He recommended I add refrigerant to make the unit run cooler and more effectively but made sure it was just that - a recommendation. I felt no pressure to add the refrigerant but did so and my unit is now running better than it ever has.

Honestly, I couldn't be happier with ValiantAir's and Bryan's response time, professionalism, execution, and price. I'm keeping their business card.

Zach was able to show up quickly on New Years Eve and had my furnace repaired quickly. He discovered my 22 year old furnace was leaking CO and installed a new furnace within 3 days and at an affordable price. Work was highly professional and we are extremely happy to recommend his company.

Being a Real Estate Agent, I have dealt with many “professional” companies over the years. For many reasons important to me, Valiant Air is in the top class of professionals and I cannot recommend them highly enough. After purchasing our new home, the Air Conditioning system stopped working (and it was inspected before purchase). I contacted Valiant Air and spoke with Zach Coon. He was prompt and on time for our scheduled appointment. He then tested the whole system and found the AC problem that I contacted him for and an additional leak in the furnace (problems that should have been found during the inspection). His knowledge about HVAC and his products was beyond what I could expect. He explained what was wrong and my options to repair or replace. He then tailored the new system to my desires (and wallet), without trying to set me up with things I didn’t want or need, and making recommendations along the way. The work was done on time with zero problems. Service was excellent. He tried to help me avoid a service call by walking me through possible issues over the phone. He listened well and asked good questions to isolate the problem. Went out of his way to get to my home on same day (Sunday afternoon). Very Professional, courteous and friendly. Now I have a trustworthy HVAC guy! (He fixed a wiring issue in my furnace left behind by a different repair guy several months earlier). Honesty and friendly customer service goes a long way for me.
