I knew I was going to need a new furnace and when mine failed, I called these guys. They came out the same day and confirmed my furnace needed to be replaced. They couldn't do it that day, so the repairman made a special trip back to lend me 2 space heaters for the night. They came back the next day, did an amazing job, cleaned up 100% of their mess. Price was exactly what they quoted. They were on time, communicated throughout the entire experience, and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company. Excellent quality, and the kind of customer service you don't see much of anymore.

I have used this company many times and I have nothing but good things to say about them as someone who owns multiple Airbnb’s they have saved me countless times when my furnace has gone out with tenants in place. Zach is extremely knowledgeable and professional and I would recommend them to anyone whether it’s an emergency service or maintenance I have the utmost faith in them

Originally called due to lack of communication from another company. Mark with Valiant came out to assess the situation I had described over the phone and with in a few minutes and a couple of phone calls had a part located to fix our A/C. Not only did Mark fix the issues with our A/C, his communication and knowledge through the whole process was top notch. The whole time dealing with him and Valiant was amazing. Would highly recommend Valiant to anyone.

Zach at Valiant Air has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We are so glad that we found this company. He came out to diagnose why our A/C stopped getting the air as cold as it should have been. Found that our coil was rusting out and the coolant had leaked out. Got our coolant topped up as a temporary fix while we decided our next course of action. After having multiple companies come give us quotes, we decided to just just replace the entire A/C system and due to Zach professionalism and high quality of work, we went with him. He was communicative, prompt, and took the time to explain everything, and completed the job on time. We've used him multiple times now. installing Duct work for a basement finish and installing a steam humidifier. Again with the same high quality and communication. The world needs more companies like Valiant Air. They care about the work they do and their customers. I wouldn't hesitate in the slightest to recommend this company for any and all things HVAC related.

Zach was prompt, courteous, clean and polite. Pricing seemed very reasonable and he was very up front about everything. I always knew exactly what he was doing, what he thought needed to be done next and always knew exactly what that entailed. In addition to addressing the issue at hand, he also checked and cleaned the pipes for drainage/overflow, checked our coolant charge and cleaned the AC unit outside.

More companies should model their service after theirs. Valiant has made a lifelong customer out of us -- they'll always be who I call anytime we have heating or cooling needs from now on.

We had one of the bigger heating and air companies we've used before come out to diagnose our AC issues and we thought the quote they gave us was way too much. They also charged a fee to come out. I contacted Valiant Air to get a second opinion and Bryan was able to come out the next day free of charge. In the end, Bryan was able to provide more than the other company was going to and his invoice only came to a fraction of the quote we received from them (other company). He was also able to do the repairs needed to the AC unit and furnace to get our AC running cold again during the appointment instead of rescheduling after the diagnosis. I would recommend anyone with heating or cooling issues to use Valiant Air. The experience we had tells me they care about their customers and aren't just trying to make a sale.

Bryan with Valiant Air is an absolute life saver. We were told by two other companies that we needed to replace our furnace and air conditioning systems. He saved us over $8k-15k for the time being. He was supposed to originally just look at everything for us and give us an estimate. Instead he fixed the problem in a matter of minutes, educated on the system we had and more. These guys are the best to go with! We had multiple companies try to make a quick buck off us and Valiant Air made it a point to take care of us and ensure us as life long customers. Once everything does need to be replaced we will be going with them hands down. We even asked if we could set up maintenancing on our furnace to make sure we're good to go for this upcoming winter. These guys are trust worthy and I'm happy we were able to get an appointment with them!
