Very impressed with the level of service I received from this company. They were quick to respond to my request for service and provided me with an estimate for the work I needed done. They also sent out an email updating me throughout the process, which was really nice.

The technician was highly competent and thorough. On the coldest day of the year, he went above and above to make sure that our house was adequately warm. We heartily endorse their offerings!

We are selling our house and we needed to have some HVAC work done.We called Tommy's Total Heating and Cooling Repair and they were able to send out a technician the same. They were a pleasure to work with. He was also very professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and we were impressed.We would definitely recommend them.

I am genuinely sad to have to leave a mediocre review for this company because my experience started out so positive, but things went downhill from there. Our furnace was cycling so we asked them to come check it out. They were prompt, honest, and pleasant. They explained that the part we need to replace was going to be about $1000 and would take weeks to get in stock due to COVID or they could install a new furnace the next day for $4000. Our furnace was already 15 years old and we didn't want our kids to freeze for weeks so we opted for the new furnace. I was incredibly impressed when the next day they told me that the furnace I had requested wasn't available after all, but they would give me a better furnace for the same price to honor their commitment. A new person came out to install the furnace. I think it was harder to get into our small space than he anticipated because even though he was super pleasant, the work was shoddy. The connection between the furnace and ducts was so terrible/loose that tons of hot air was blowing out of the furnace closet and the house wouldn't get warm. I let them know and they sent someone else out to try to fix it. He tried to seal of the leaks/gaps with some special tape and cement-looking material, but it didn't hold and the problem persisted because the initial connection was just so bad. They sent out the original installer again and he was super apologetic and pleasant and fixed the problem adequately so I was ready to leave it at that. Here we are 4 months later and we tried to turn on our AC only to discover that when they had taken out all of the wiring to install the new furnace, they hadn't hooked the AC back up. My husband looked at it but didn't know enough to feel comfortable wiring it back up himself, so I called the on 4/5 to let them know. They said they would assign someone to come back out and fix the oversight. By 4/12 I hadn't seen or heard from anyone so I called again. They told me that was unusual and they would move it up the priority list and have a technician contact me. I waited till this morning, 4/28 to reach out again. They once again acted very surprised no on had reached out to me and assured me repeatedly that the manager would contact me today. It's 8:30pm and no one has reached out. My husband and I are pretty easy going people, but to have paid a company $4,000 for a service and then not only still have problems almost 5 months later, but to just be ignored? I am super disappointed. I am still leaving them 3 stars because they were so honest and great at the beginning, but it has been a rough road since then.

The service was outstanding from the beginning to end. Max laid out all my options for me and provided excellent communication throughout the whole process. His installation team was punctual, clean and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend Tommy's Total Heating and Cooling Repair for your furnace/AC needs.

Highly recommend this company. They came to our rescue as a small business when our air conditioning quit during a heat wave. They came sooner than the competition and for a better price. They were very professional and efficient. We will use Tommy's Total Heating and Cooling Repair again for any of our air conditioning and heating needs.
