We had a good experience. Perhaps most responsive vendor I have worked with in recent years! The job was also done in a timely manner and at the right price. I recommend the vendor.

Was highly impressed in the services I received from 1-800-Plumber. Their technician was very courteous, professional and prompt, and knowledgeable of the subject matter. Will use them again as well as recommend them to anyone in the Aurora/Denver area anytime.

Tried to charge us $316 for a part my husband found online for $13, and $27 at Ace. $200 diagnostic fee. My husband expressed to the serviceman that he did not appreciate being put in a lose/lose situation where he had to get swindled $316 to quickly replace a $13 part, (total price $550), OR just pay the $204 on the diagnostic fee and have to call another vendor and start over. The serviceman did not take kindly to this, was disrespectful, and the owner handled the situation even worse. In the end, this issue was caused from a leaky line, and the $316 capacitor tested out just fine.

What technician agreed on price is different when they take payment, they won’t provide scope of work and told me warranty is valid to only say after payment was received that they do not provide warranty for service. Joke company, work with a company that is transparent. Caitlin and Jayvon refuse to provide call log or itemized invoice of the work done.

After a very stressful and disrespectful meeting with technician, found out the $500 service he diagnosed wasn’t the issue at all. Then had to pay the $200 service fee. Not professional, find another business with honest helpful technicians.

They charge 2-3x for a faucet repair and water went everywhere (including into my basement). Would not recommend to anyone.
