    I had my HVAC installed last year. Few days later I requested an adjustment from different rooms. Trifecta sent Sean and John to do it and I was pleased with the result. A few months later due to my fault, the water drain tube got loose and I did not know until my yard was flooded, again I had team Sean and John came and fixed the problem. A few days ago the heating stopped , Sean and John again came and found out that the gas line was down ( due to the anti earthquake device shut off). After fixing the gas problem they went through every details to make sure the system OK. For all the times, they are meticulous, efficient, very nice, pleasant and informative. I am very satisfied with their services and personalities and hope that I the future if there is any problem I could have this team again. I would highly recommend Trifecta to friends and relatives.

    Personable repairman, wore a mask and booties on shoes inside. Arrived on time and explained all procedures as he did them. Repaired my A/C and performed maintenance and checks. He had not been informed I wanted a thermostat installed so I had to make another appointment for next week to complete that.

    Trifecta came to our house to check out a problem with our furnace. Mary was able to work us into their afternoon 5 days earlier than the originally scheduled appointment. John and Sean were clean and brought covers to protect our flooring. They diagnosed the problem in a few minutes and were able to correct it immediately. A condensate drain line had become plugged and they cleared it. No charge since I had purchased their service plan earlier in the season. Thanks Trifecta!

    Very Professional company, I needed help right away and John jumped in his car and came over within an hour. The install crew was very professional. They don't try to over sell you, they focus on making sure you have the right unit and are happy. I recommend these guys.

    I had an issue with an error code on my next thermostat... I had them come out to double check it was only the thermostat. They didn’t check anything, just told me to replace it. I paid $39 diagnostics fee. Perfectly fine... then the AC stopped blowing cold air. They wanted a $79 “trip charge” to come replace my thermostat to my old one. I’m fine with whatever they want to charge me to replace it but a “trip charge” The gal was rude and explained “we don’t work for free” Um, I’m aware of that. I paid you $39 to walk into my house for 5 min 2 days ago. I would never recommend this company. Reply to your comment: I was in no way asking for you to work for free. It's hilarous that you even suggest that. I was willing to pay whatever I needed to for the work to be done. But when you tell me you are going to charge me a "$79 drive fee" (or whatever you called it) to drive to my house in order to switch out my thermostat... and then $95 an hour (which is perfectly fine) when I just paid you $39 2 days before to do nothing. That is ridiculous! I had another company come out and change out my thermostat the next day for $105 total. No drive fee. They were amazing! Stephen's Plumbing, AC, and Heating, thank you to them!!

    to be honest, i did not shop around. I did not compare estimate. I know nothing about heating equipment. First come, first service for me. They come up in Google first, and I call them bcz of same town. Also my nephew is in A/C business in NC, and he said very good price. I like this company, everything so digital. Estimate by email/text message right way. Two young techs were also very nice/clean, well mannered. My previous heater's damage was hard, and they said the installation (appx. 17 yrs ago) was incorrect at one place. Being a senior, I need heater. again, thank you very much for your good job.

    Put in new air conditioning and was very impressed by the whole process. They were professional and very neat. Workers were very knowledgeable and did a great job with the installation and clean up at the end of project. Would recommend the company without reservation.

    I had two technicians show up and they were very cordial and gave me an estimate for $89 to look at my heater. They spent over and hour to figure out that a wire needed to be replaced. When they presented the bill the first technician told me that it was $89.00 but when the second technician got involved he changed the bill to $231.00. I was in the middle of another project at the time and didn't have time to argue. I shouldn't have paid the bill but I did. I feel that I was vastly overcharged and will never deal with this company again.

    Follow up - Trifecta read my review and investigated the problem. I received a phone call apologizing for the overcharge and they refunded me back to $89.00. My heater is now working properly and I feel that the charge is reasonable.

    After 45 days of research, Trifecta earned my business -- a complete install (new heater and new a/c unit for my 2000+ sqft home). Great experience all around -- good equipment recommendations (Ameristar, which is made by Trane), fair prices, amazing install experience. Very satisfied. You should definitely consider Trifecta for new equipment or repair.

    Trifecta was very easy to work with, always called back ,answered all of my many questions . They replaced my heater,air conditioning ,and all the ductwork. There work is excellent, l would recommend Trifecta to friends and family. Thanks for the good job!
