Daniel came by our house to inspect the HVAC today. He was respectful and cared about his customer. He wore booties and mask. He explained to us the inspection process and patiently answered all our questions and concerns. We have good experience working with Daniel and would recommend him to others for this service.

Daniel was very knowledgeable and courteous. He called me before he arrived and conducted his inspection in a timely and efficient manner. Moreover, he patiently answered all my questions and offered good advice in maximizing the efficiency and life of my new air conditioning/heating system. In sum, I was very pleased with Daniel and the inspection of my system, the results of which were very positive.

I really appreciated the service provided by IPermit. Scheduling was very easy, as I was contacted and did not have to remember to make the appointment. The inspector/servicemen were very professional. Daniel and Jordan patiently waited for me as I was a few minutes late in getting home. The were friendly to my dogs, which was an added bonus! They explained what was going to happen at each step of the inspection and were efficient, neat and clean. They also maintained their face masks throughout the contact as well, which made me feel safer.

Terry the representative that came to our house to take pictures for the permit process. He was very professional during the entire visit. The visit was very quick and He took time to explain the work that he performs after taking pictures and the next steps in the process. Although the company that installed our air conditioning chose to use this company, I would still recommend there services to others.

My inspection went very well, for that matter it was a great experience.Dan called about 15 min prior to their arrival. The two inspectors were very polite and informative. They expliained what they were doing and why. The inspection went off without a hitch and I was told a time line on information I would be receiving by mail and to follow the instructions.Dan and his partner were courteous, professional, and very friendly.

Today we had a visit by Daniel. He was punctual, professional, and personable. He explained what he was going to do, did it in a timely manner, and told us how the follow-up process would be handled by our local city inspectors. I would highly recommend Daniel and his company.

Robert is great! He is really super expert in what he do! His visit is very smooth. Everything was done on time and from the time he called me of his ETA. The interaction experience was very professional, cordial and fast. The professional was able to clearly communicate what was being reviewed, the requirements of the inspection and the responsibilities of hvac company who installed my system. Furthermore he was able to explain the methodologies used to optimize my air ducting and the inspection methods.

Daniel was on time, polite, and customer service oriented. He walked me through a tutorial, and left everything just as it was (including locking doors). He let me know I can call him, even non-business hours if I ever had a problem. I’m a property manager with many clients and he’s the best and nicest I’ve ever worked with!! Thank you Daniel!!
