Amazing customer service and work. They were easy to contact and set up an appointment. They fixed everything I needed and left me feeling relieved and happy. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the high desert! Wonderful family business!

So I purchased LG appliances recently and the refrigerator compressor goes out on me after 4 years (avoid LG). The parts are all still under manufacture warranty, but LG is not very cooperative and if I was to go that route, I'd be without a refrigerator for weeks. I call around and one tech comes out, opens the panel, looks and feels the compressor and cooper lines and tells me it is either or both the compressor and coolant and that he hates LG appliances and he cannot help. At this point I'm skeptical and find U.S. Appliance Service, Inc,. I tell them my situation and they come out, confirm the same thing. The tech was very knowledgeable and gave me a quote for materials and labor at the same price as other competitors labor cost only. Rather than wait weeks to fix my fridge I decided I'd rather pay for materials and labor. After the work was complete the tech followed up with me the following day to make sure all was good. He even assured me if he is able to exchange my compressor under the warranty, he would give me the warranty compressor. Whether he does or not, i guess I'll find out, but U.S. Appliance Service, Inc, is very affordable, knowledgeable, and does quality work with a warranty on the labor. I would highly recommend them to anyone with appliance repair needs.

Jacq was our designated service provider, and he spoke to my husband about what was going on with the freezer part to our home refrigerator. He ended up doing the same thing my husband was doing to keep the freezer defrosted so that it can cool down the refrigerator part. Paid 100$ for the same thing my husband was doing. Had to call 1 week later because it wasn't working properly. Jacq agian came out agian and said it was the heater coil. So he ordered the part.
Came another week later...and said that now it was thermostat. And basically could not fix it because he couldn't find the part.
Then finished with he usually works on commercial appliances. All in all. Our home refrigerator is now fixed thru another appliance company. And we basically gave Us appliance 100$ for nothing. Thanks.

Wow!! Amazing service. Our air was out during a heat wave, I have two small children and I was panicking. We called at 8:30am, Victor was here in about an hour and a half! Fixed some wires that our dog chewed up. Ugh! We were up and running in no time for a very reasonable price. You guys really saved the day! Thank you so much. Highly Recommended

The day before the scheduled close of Escrow on the sale of my home the heater conked out. I called for emergency help and got it.

Not only did they come out the next afternoon they went and got the replacement part needed and finished the job at 8:30 that night.

They made my emergency their emergency and got the job done. Problem solved!

Even though I was vulnerable their pricing was fair and very reasonable. I don’t usually do reviews but in rare cases like this I make an exception.

Excellent service...the serviceman was so nice...he took the time to explain what the problem was and he was very patient. He answered my gazillion questions as well. He calmed me down as I was anxious thinking that I would have to purchase a new refrigerator...I also appreciated his sense of humor. I would definitely recommend this company...

I called for an appliance install was told the owner Victor would call me back that was on Thursday. He never called me back. So I called back on Monday morning and then his secretary told me they are not able to do any residential install. They wasted my time after they told it would be $300 to install from a gas line to a electrical line. And Victor would call me back when he could do that job for me. I wish victor would of just told me from the beginning of the phone call

They go above and beyond. So very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Have used on multiple occasions and always happy with the results and pricing. Highly recommended.

Victor brought back to life two wine cabinet compressors. A real miracle worker. Victor’s skills and ingenuity saved me thousands of dollars.
And he’s a nice guy.
