Ridiculous. These guys are great. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this is a must. The lady on the phone was nice and polite. The service guys were prompt, polite and completely helpful. They quickly addressed my issue and almost as quickly got the part and returned to install it. This was like an hour later, tops. Also great pricing. This will be my first call for any service that I need. Great experience.

I have never left a review for any business but I was so pleased with U.S.Appliance Service that I felt the need to let them know what a fantastic job they are doing. Our dryer broke down and my wife was quick to say we need a new dryer. I wanted to make sure our dryer was completely done before investing hundreds of dollars in a new one so I looked on line and called U.S.Appliance Service. Jack, the technician was at my house within a couple of hours from my initial call. He was very knowledgeable with my dryer. He disassembled it, fixed the issue, and put it back together in no time. You guys saved me hundreds of dollars in not having to buy a new dryer. Thank you for being courteous, professional, and getting the job done at an affordable price.

I have used US Appliance many many times. I work at a restaurant with air conditioners, freezers and refrigerators. They have worked on them all and I must say they come when I am desperate for a repair. Of course everything breaks on a weekend or holiday and if they are available they respond. They stand behind their work which is huge. He has even came and took care of my stuff at home. Commercial or residential, washers, dryers they do it all. Highly recommend.

SCAMMER !!! or do not know what they are doing. Called them fix my business refrigerator. They came by and tested my machine. Then they said my compressor was died. Told me it will cost me $3500 to replaced it. And they took 2 parts from my machine they said was broke. So, i call someone else for a second opinion. They said it was just a loose wire and i had to buy the 2 parts that this guy took. So, he just charge me $150 for the 2 part and $100 for labor. 1 this guys is a Scammer or 2 he do not know what he is doing. Do not let him take your parts even if he say that it is broken

Victor came out to our house to help us with our refrigerator/ice maker. He was very kind and helpful and provided extremely affordable services to say the least. They were able to accommodate me on the same day that i called. Cannot speak highly enough about this company and I would strongly recommend their services to anybody needing an appliance repair. I was able to get a same day appt and Jacq was wonderful. Very personable and knows what he is doing. Any problems with my appliances I will be calling them again. I had a company in San Diego that I kept for 30 years.

I'm so happy I found U.S.Appliance Service here in the high desert. Every other company either charges an arm and a leg for service or can't even schedule same day! Not only did the service tech come on the first hour, he was very nice and affordable! My fridge and oven are now working FANTASTICALLY!

Victor & Melissa are professional and fare. I keep them on speed dial because of the many used appliances i have in my restaurant. After the 3rd refrigerator repair and 1 oven I recommend them to everyone. He works me into his busy schedule for my many emergencies. Of course i wish them the best but hope to not see him again anytime soon...lol

U.S Appliance Service are the best !!! They are the only company that could fix my subzero fridge. They are honest, reliable, I use them for my ac unit at my business and my husband uses them at his office. I would highly recommend them. They deserve the 5 star rating.
