Johnstone Supply Ventura

Well these stores have changed drastically in the past couple years. Seems like pricing is much higher than other supply houses around. Guys at counter seem like they don't like their job as much. We honestly avoid going there do to their high prices.

Took 2 hours to unload 2 pallets. No room for a 53’ truck to maneuver Terrible location

Very Rude Manager sold me wrong parts and wouldn't exchange them then tryed to sell me 2 more wrong ones No Exchange or Refund even though he picked out wrong Parts for me ! Never told me No Refund or Exchange then lied about it DON'T GO HERE RIPPED ME OFF!

Tino was great!! My experience with Johnstone has always been excellent.

Tino is the man. Best customer service this side of the Mississippi hands down.
