Thorsen's - Norquist, Inc.

I have worked with Thorsen's Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing for a few years now. They are a very professional company. All the sales people and technicians there is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them to anybody.

Had warranty issue on an AO Smith. They had excellent service, fast, reliable, no hassle, and Alex was awesome! They’ll receive my next call when I have an issue. Thank you!

The technicians are very friendly and polite. Ac went out yesterday, called ll and he called to get ac repaired. I missed a call at 5 from one of the girls. She left a message to call back to schedule an appt. I call back no more than 4 mins and the after hours answering service answered the phone. BTW a girl called me at their closing time and didn't even mention it in the message. Eventually after talking to a couple of girls I was told a tech would call me in 30 mins. Tech actually called around 8pm(several hours later) and wanted to check out my ac some time around 9 since someone else was before me. It was too late, my husband and I were getting our children and ourselves ready for bed so I told the tech I'll call the office in the morning and he can service my ac in the morning. Call me crazy, but, I thought since I was last yesterday maybe I'll be somewhere on this mornings list. Well, nope, I got a call and was told they can't come out until FRIDAY! Btw It's now Wednesday and It's going to be 100 today but we have to wait until Friday since they're all booked UNLESS I or my ll pays for over time. For the right price they'll come out right away or at least the same day you need services. It's all about the $ with this company. The girl had the nerve to say "she can't bump me up when she has elderly, people with disabilities etc that have been waiting since last week"....
But if I pay for over time they'll have no problem bumping me up before the elderly, disabled etc. Lol

Our office had a major plumbing backup; Thorsen's came right out in about 30 minutes; worked with and made sure the city fixed the backup they had that was causing our issue, all while being extremely patient, kind, and courteous to our staff.

Tech was friendly. Got the unit working, once while he was here and it worked one other time. Having them out again tomorrow, hopefully it'll be under $650 this time and will work more than twice. Not a single mention fromm the office of a discount or even an apology. Disappointed!

I have been with this company for many years. I'm always treated with respect. The culture of the company is exceptional. They have a strong team of experienced professionals and technicians.

Great Service! I have now used Thorsen's Plumbing on many occasions and they always do a fantastic job.

I had a repair person come out once and the service was great. However the reception desk lady was not attentive and rude.

If you want to pay $160 from Turlock to Newman and only spent 10 mins to find the problem. Rip off

Tried to take advantage by saying a 2 hour job would take all day and needed two people. Doesn’t pay to be that way.
