Ikes Appliance and Associates

I called Ike’s the fix my dishwasher and they came out same day. The technician Gustavo was professional on time and fixed the issue quickly.

Sadly Ikes has gone down hill. We've used them in the past for purchases and repairs. Now they are very hard to get a hold of on the phone. Bought a refridgerator there 2 years ago and it stopped working. Marco came out and said it had a leak. We asked about hauling it away. He said to call the office. My husband called and talked to someone and she said she'd talk to Marco and call him right back. That was a Friday and this is Monday. I finally got a hold of the and they don't hall refridgerators away more. Yes!! We planned on paying for it. Planned on buying another fridgerator, but not from them.

Excellent customer service! Helped us with a faulty compressor problem with our LG refrigerator. Ulises knew exactly how to fix the problem and was helpful with LG's customer service when we had problems with them. Marco also recently came out to fix the frozen drain plug. They are very knowledgeable and get the repairs done quickly!!

Gustavo helped me out with my purchase of my washer. Great person and very professional. Would recommend Ike’s!

So I called today and the woman on the phone was very short and unfriendly I asked for a specific washer and dryer and she said no they didn’t have it ( in a not nice way) and then I saw the exact set I asked about for sale with their location on FB buy and sell sorry but I’ll take my business elsewhere

Marco came to service my oven. He was prompt & repaired the latch issue quickly. It was very reasonable as well. I was worried I'd have to buy a new stove on a limited income. $50 for the service call & $35 for the part. What a blessing!

Gustavo was very knowledgeable and provided friendly customer service, when he fixed our electric stove appliance.

Called the company late Saturday night and were able to set an appointment Sunday and install my AC the same day. Very proffesional and would highly recommend.
