I called them to troubleshoot my GE refrigerator. The technician came out and was very friendly and on time. I explained to him that my ice maker and water dispenser was not working and that I had just replaced the filter. He was there troubleshooting for about 30min or so then came to the conclusion that the computer board needed to be replaced and he would give me a quote once he got the price. A day later I was given a quote over $650, instead I purchased a Home Warranty and filed a claim, they sent out a GE technician and he concluded that there was a disconnected wire and the filter was put in incorrectly. Like the other review states these guys are not properly trained to work on newer appliances.

So I called these guys out when my refrigerator wasn't working wasn't working. The freezer would work the refrigerator is not getting cold. I called out I compliance they said it would be $135 for the diagnosis and then they call me later with a quote. I already knew my family's out and thinking it was easier to call a professional they came out and told me my fan was out and it would be $135 for the trip. The service tech told my wife the fan would never work again and I had my refrigerator running 30 minutes after he left. The fan wasn't done it was a little bit of ice blocking the whole to the refrigerator and he calls me back with a $450 quote to have it fixed.

Came on a weekend for an emergency fix...compressor overheated on my 2.5 year old Maytag fridge. All food lost in freezer. They had the part and fixed it...still working after a week. Call them up very friendly and professional. They initially came out to troubleshoot found heating element was out. The tech was very friendly especially with 4 grandkids watching him along with my daughter. He came back a week later to install the heating element. Awesome Job. I would highly recommend Ikes!!

I called their office and ask if they can help me with a loud noice in our Refrigerator,
I was told that initial visit will cost $95, my understanding was if the problem was diagnosed and repaired the $95 usually is waived by any other business that I worked with for the last 40 years.
After few days I talk to the representative named Lupita, and Ask for the estimate of the repair but she said she's not gonna give me the estimate unless I pay the none refundable $95.
After I give her my credit card for the $95 she told me the cost will be over $500, I know for a fact this is one small part and it's not gonna cost more than $80 so this is a great way to make $95 by just visiting peoples home for five minutes. This place is a used appliances sell place and have no expertise in repairing your new appliances please do not trust them with repair projects. Driving by their location is just a Old appliances junkyard.
