One night, our AC began to malfunction, and we had no idea why. I contacted Coast Heating & AC Repair, and I quickly received a response. They were permitted to leave the same day. Prior to the technician's arrival, they supplied us information on him and informed us of his expected arrival time. He not only sent a video demonstrating what was wrong, but also showed us what was wrong and swiftly rectified it. We will CERTAINLY keep using Coast Heating & AC Repair for all future requirements.

Having to get both my units replaced due to age of units. 1of them got to a point of the compressor fan not kicking on. I had decided to go with Coast Heating & AC Repair's, and set up install date. When I told them during scheduling about the one unit fan, they sent out a tech next morning to get it running decent until the new installs. Great guy came out, replaced capacitor, and up and running. Very responsive and professional both on phone and in person.

A pipe on an inside wall's outer connection broke. Immediately, two plumbers from Coast Heating & AC Repair arrived, and the issue was resolved. Excellent. They are as tidy and polite as they have always been. All of my inquiries received concise, unambiguous answers from them.

I had Coast Heating & AC Repair install my new Trane HVAC system around 2 years ago and have now had them service my units a few times. Their customer service has been nothing short of outstanding. My technician today, Joe, was friendly, courteous, prompt, prepared, and knowledgeable. He even changed my air filters for me! I will continue to use Coast Heating & AC Repair for my HVAC needs and feel very confident in their reliability, knowledge, and service. It’s truly been nothing but smooth sailing since I first met with them for my initial sales consultation and I can’t speak highly enough about the company and their reps. I can’t recommend these guys enough! You won’t be disappointed.

Around 1:30 pm, my installer from Coast Heating & AC Repair arrived, and he thoroughly explained everything and confirmed the cost. The installation was little more difficult for me because I had a recirculating system, but it was handled flawlessly. I wholeheartedly endorse Coast Heating & AC Repair.

Service was excellent. He was able to identify the problem quickly, had the parts, replaced the capacitors, checked system, ran AC and added Freon. He explained and showed me what he was doing and what the display on his test gear. I was impressed and very happy that I had chosen Coast Heating & AC Repair to do the repair.

Repair of Coast Heating & AC To set things right, the Tujunga technician contacted me and went above and above. Raed was also let go for defrauding the business. The technician apologized profusely and accepted full responsibility for the incident. I wouldn't think twice about using them again.

Coast Heating & AC Repair gave me a low to high quote over the phone then sent Chris out the following day. He was punctual & professional and quickly sized up my job. My old unit was 49 years old so I needed things brought up to code as well. He had a written quote within minutes and was fast at work with everything he needed as soon as I signed. Short work was made out of the job and he cleaned up, explained all of the work and left it better than the way it was when he arrived… true professional. I will definitely be recommending Coast Heating & AC Repair going forward.

Coast Heating & AC Repair technician came out today to check our A/C, and we had a great experience! He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Helped us out and was very honest and reasonable. They gave us a two hour time frame for arrival and called us in advance to confirm when they were going to arrive. Would highly recommend!
