    I hired this company to install a new HVAC after my old one completely broke down. . I was very happy with their quick response and professionalism.The installation was fast and they left my place clean. They even patched a small area where the duct was going through the wall. The price was also very reasonable compared to other companies I called previously.

    Our AC system was not coming out with cool air and we had no idea why. A technician from another company told us that the AC unit is outdated so it is what it is (even though my townhouse was built in 2017). I was glad that we later found High Tech HVAC. Sammy and his team were very professional and identified the issue. They fixed our AC problem and made sure the heating and cooling work for each vent in our house. Since we have a baby in the house, he was able to accommodate us by coming at our suggested time and working quietly to not disturb the baby. In terms of price, I think it is very reasonable and affordable! I highly recommend them!

    This company was assigned to us by our home warranty company, Choice Home Mortgage. The person who arrived was polite enough, however, there was a lot left to be desired. Most importantly is that they did not resolve our issue. The fan blades on our A/C unit stopped turning although we could hear our motor trying. He came and replaced the capacitor which got the blades spinning but they were delayed and the motor still sounded strained. He disagreed and said the issue was fixed. A few days later, they stopped spinning again and we were left without A/C during a Southern California heatwave. I got the warranty company to agree they needed to come back to properly complete the repair. For reasons I'm still bewildered by, I tried 3x to get an appointment with them but was never able to. The lady who picked up kept telling me she needed to speak with the technician and that he's very busy. I reminded her I just needed to get them scheduled ASAP but she insisted she needed to speak with him first. I'm not sure why but I assume to get his approval? She said she'd call me back in a few minutes but over an hour later I had to keep calling. After the third attempt to get scheduled, I decided I don't want to work with them or have them in my home again so I called the warranty company. They agreed to assign a different company. Besides this part of the experience, other things to note are that the person who came could not communicate with me. To the point where I had to call the warranty company to help me figure out what's going on. What was going on is that he had said he completed "maintenance" on top of the repair and was trying to up-charge us for that. He did not complete any type of added maintenance. I was with him the entire time. Also, he said in the paperwork he added Freon. After he left I looked up how to add Freon and I can confirm, he did not add any Freon. I'm sure he charged my warranty company for it though. To note are that they do not have labeled work trucks, no uniforms and no website. I think they use Google Voice numbers and one of them's voicemail was full.
