Mark and Andrew showed up on their way home from work in the Bay Area. I lost power to my downstairs. Thought I tripped a breaker but that wasn't it. Mark was very professional and kind. He troubleshooted for about an hour and couldn't figure out what the problem was. He put everything back together and apologized for not being able to find the problem. After everything was put back together he told me to check all the lights upstairs and the GFI's in the bathrooms. Low and behold I got all my electricity on. Thank you Mark and Andrew!!
