TL;DR - Mark is awesome and installed my Tesla charger with minimal headache and made everything easy upfront.

I called at least 6 businesses and even made a couple appointments before getting connected with Mark from Artisan Electrical. In that first and only call we took maybe 30 seconds to set an appointment for our Tesla charger installation and he gave me an estimated quote based on what I told him about the setup right away. I did not have this smooth an experience with any other business I spoke with. Artisan knows what they are doing and they do it well (It's literally in the name!). If you like going through a long tedious process with someone else with messages like, "We'll come inspect it next week and then give you an estimate and set another appointment for the installation..." then go elsewhere. If you just want to get it done and have a smooth experience, this is the ONLY electrician in my opinion.

Mark had been referred by a friend who also had a Tesla charger installed. Mark and his brother came out and did a great job. They were prompt, courteous and did a very professional installation. He also walked us through how the charger works and what we should be aware of. All and all a terrific experience. I would highly recommend Mark.

I am so grateful to have found Artisan Electric to install my Tesla EV home charger! They came recommended from another electrician who told me Mark is the go to guy for home Tesla charging installations. He is certified by Tesla, and after speaking to him and having him out to my house in Ripon to assess the install, I knew he was the man I wanted for the job.

I am a pretty picky guy, almost a perfectionist when it comes to work being done on my house, and Mark and his partner Andrew did an absolutely amazing job with the conduit. I could not believe how clean and professional the work was, they truly exceeded my expectations.. I had what I felt was a pretty difficult installation, with conduit, having to jog/bend and run up a wall, but they got it looking so good.

Mark also showed me some tricks on my app, how to lower the amps coming into the car when it's charging, how to schedule charging, just an all-around excellent experience! He also got my charger hooked up on my home's wi-fi so it can receive updates.

Awesome work! I reached out to Artisan Electrical & HVAC since they are a preferred vendor for Tesla in my area. I needed to get a wall charger installed, I received my quote in a timely manner and with additional information on case I wanted it in a different location. Mark followed up on Friday before my appointment to confirm. He arrived on time and helped select a location for my charger. Work was completed quickly and professionally.

Mark has responded right away to my inquiry. His communication was on point and he provided straightforward pricing. The crew arrived right on time and explained all the options we had to install an EV charger outlet.The installation of a NEMA outlet took less than an hour and it looks very clean.

I’m highly recommending Mark, artisan, electrical & HVAC company for Tesla wall connector installation if you live in the bay area. I found his company through Tesla recommended electrician list. He is extremely easy and fun to work with, attentive to details, and very professional. The installation process was very efficient and flawless.

Mark and his 2-person team was super fast and efficient to install my wall connector! The day before my appt, he provided courtesy text reminder confirming the appt (awesome right?) and he most definitely arrived on time. He introduced himself and his friendly help, assessed the workup, and what was to be expected along with timeframe of the job. Because my setup was simple and not going through other walls *away* from the outside panel, he was finished within less than an hour. He got the charger fully set up and updated; and gave me a great run down on how to charge, what certain lights mean, and expected scenarios.

Not only did he install my unit, he is offering his knowledge and future response for any questions/concerns i might have down the road. THATS SERVICE!

He is one of Tesla's certified installers from their website, and I HIGHLY recommend booking him if you need your unit installed. Super professional and knowledgeable.
